I need some professional help please. I used to play on a steam account named X, with a WB/Multiversus account named Sherlox. I was at the time level 22-24 if i believe so, finished the battlepass and made alot of progress, no money spent though.
Today, i decided to change to my OTHER steam account, that has way more games in it and is way more important, named Y. when i downloaded multiversus and entered the game, with the same WB/Multiversus account that is named Sherlox. i find that im level 1 and all progress is gone.
How do i reverse this? or did it create a clone account with the same name because i used the same WB/Multiversus account with another steam account?
I need some help because i've spent an enormous amount of time playing and i cant really stand having potentially lost all my data.
One more thing i forgot to note: my Display name in game is Sherlox, my WB/Multiversus Account name on the website is Sh3rlox, now that i'm in game with steam account Y, the display name in game is Sh3rlox, so idk how this happens, i used the same GMail account for both.

I dont know how, but it's working now. Steam apparently needed the computer to restart for the controller support.

you are right, but this game is unlike 99% of other fighting games in that you play matches on actual servers. most every other fighting game is P2P so you don't have to depend on the quality of the servers for good matches

yeah if you're 17 or younger you can't play online modes. PC can just delete a file if they pick the wrong age, but console pulls from your PSN/XBL account so you have to make a whole new one

if you are on the main menu and you have the lab and advanced tutorials, your age in the game is set under 18. it doesn't use your steam age or epic age. it saves it to a file on your PC that it makes when you first start the game. look at the most recent pinned post in this channel
