I've now answered this same question and in regards to that error 100% of the time it was TrendMicro causing issues and I'm up to like... 10-12ish people I've helped with this exact error. One person couldn't do anything about it because they didn't have admin rights and couldn't close the application

CTRL+ALT+DEL and go to task manager and from there look for anything trendmicro related and end task. Little sloppier way of doing it but possible.

Hmm.

Possibly from inside TrendMicro itself. If you open it there should be some sort of "Activate real-time protection" option that you can disable.

In the settings for the program, you can probably find in your start menu or even just from the search bar in windows.

You can try opening the Trend Micro Diagnostic toolkit by pressing and holding the Windows Key and hitting the R key to open the Run command.
On the field, kindly type in supporttool.exe. If it asks for permission that it will be making changes, please proceed with Yes, or OK..

Once the tool is open, proceed with the Tab C (Uninstall) and there should be a button that says Stop All Components. This will disable the Trend Micro program and you just need to click on the Start All Components button on the same tool to have it enabled again.

I swear I'd never recommend TrendMicro to anyone lol

If this is like an account a parent or guardian set up for you and they have the main admin account, they will likely need to do this change for you as you wont be able to.

Make sure you at least re-enable some form of protection for your PC but Windows Defender should be installed by default, you may just need to enable it from your control panel.

You may need to possibly reboot into safe mode in windows. Windows Key + I, then go to Recovery and under "Advanced Startup" you will click restart now. Safe mode is like Windows with hardly anything but required things running, you may not have internet for this duration as well but it may allow you to close that crappy program or uninstall it.

Either way, even if it's a rocky launch it will get better over time. I've been a part of some pretty terrible game launches. Diablo 3 was actually a pretty big disaster at launch, as was Wolcen. Lot of MMOs had really terrible launches with huge queues or no connectivity.

It's just part of game launches. If you come to expect it you'll never be disappointed.

and delete the saved folder
