Update: Verified game files on Steam (no errors/corrupted files found) and made an exception for the .exe on my antivirus and my computer crashed (blue screen) when I tried opening the game. After rebooting I tried again and now I finally got in.

Okay so batman boomerang is a projectile, yet it doesnt count as a projectile, "ice to meet you", "thats flammable doc" and any other projectile perk doesnt work on him
"Ice to meet you" adds 3 stacks then u cant use it ever again (or proc it at all)
"thats flammable doc" doesnt burn the enemy,
any projectile % speed perk doesnt increase the speed of the boomerang,
any projectile % damage perk doesnt add up more dmg,
this is pretty sad because it doesnt allow batman to be versatile, and id love to see some "mage-ish/ranged" batman perk builds :))
