F-Zero inspired stage, but it is Regular Show with moving cars, police cars, and a golf cart as platforms. The stage slowly but surely rotates scenery from the actual park, city street, highway, desert, canyon, and forest.

Hazards the stage would entail (Ranked Mode would disable most of these hazards):

General - Moving ground hurts players and sends them upward.
General - Moving cars around the Golf Cart.
Forest - Arrows fly (deer hunting the cast) and tree roots try to grab the player to blast zone (Halloween episode of a wizard causing stuff).
City Street - None to be honest. But more cars?
Highway - Cop car approaches to high five the driver to spin off, the spin damages players upwards if in middle or to the sides if at the edges (the episode where Muscle Man watches over the two to move a potted lemon tree.
Desert - The map become hard to see due to a dust/sand storm.
Canyon - Borders will fall unto the stage to hit the player to either side (where Benson had to watch over the two to get the cart to the rental place in time).
Park - None aside the stage moving erratically up, down, left, and right. No cars would be around.

I used to run the "get all your aerials back after a kill" perk as Superman in the beta but now everyone can easily reach the platform from the blastzone with one jump tops, even using a few attacks that slow your aerial drift is enough to reach the platform
Townsville is the worst offender, I've multiple times knocked people to the top blastzone at 60% by spiking them in the middle of the stage, the blastzones are that close

Tho for a Tom & Jerry stage, I can see it going 2 ways:

Either A: It's a giant kitchen and all the fighters and shrunk down. (Mouse size)

or B: It's a all floor stage like "The Court" but takes place in a house divided between Living Room, Stairs, and Kitchen. And it would be cool that house would slowly get destroyed as players fight throughout it.

As for a competitive version, maybe make it take place upstairs with 2 staircases on both sides representing the edges or it takes place on the roof

For Adventure Time we already got Treefort and potentially the Candy Kingdom coming. If we got a third Adventure Time location I'd vouch for the Nightosphere or Wizard City

Wizard City could have stage cameos for Wizard King, Ron James, Huntress Wizard, Abcradaniel/Debra, Life Giving Magus. I have heard you might have planned to add more Game of Thrones characters to the cast, and I think this location would make an incredible level for Multiversus.

Here's my suggestion for this level. Roof over the level preventing top death, flat terrain stretching to both sides, and one large hole in the middle.

We already have levels where there are no side ringouts, and we already have levels where there are no bottom ringouts. In this level there would be no top ringout, only bottom or side. Making a level with a advantage to characters with strong dairs or horizontal attacks, but more punishing on fighters who have strong upairs. There's a lot of levels that benefit fighters with strong upairs so I think it would be fun with one with the tables turned, and I think the Moon Door of Eyrie Castle would be an incredibly iconic and cool location to have a death pit level.

Fighting on top of the cars in Wacky Races
The level could work like the Big Blue or the Spirit Tracks level in Smash where the cars work as platforms that move around while the ground deals high damage and rapidly moves you towards one side of the screen if you land on it. You could have the racers doing wacky things to interfere with each other and the fighters as well. I would especially like to see Dick Dastardly and Muttley make an appearance.

Fighting on top of an ensemble of heavily modified cars racing through in the desert

This stage would work similar to the retro mute city level from Smash. The level would be a number of cars seen from the front moving towards the camera, that works like platforms for the player. I was thinking it could be like 2 or 3 cars close to each other, crashing into each other, and occasionally maybe one of the cars gets plowed offand disappears in the distance, and later a new car could come and take its place. The ground would work as a damage barrier that deals spiking damage to you if you land on it, but it isn't directly lethal like a death pit. It could also have things like the War Boys inside the cars trying to hit you, throw stuff at you, or perhaps some of them would even jump at you if you get too close and then fall of the car into the distance.

Idea: when a scrap metal pile is destroyed, it turns into scarp art, maybe even the same pick-ups that Iron Giant creates. They could be picked up, sort of like the basketball in the Space Jam stage, and give thorns.
