I mean, sure, but the selection of aliens does come into action depending on the ben and I feel only Alien Force and Classic Series Aliens have that distinct feeling to me. Reboot would be may be the best middle ground in terms of proximity to classic but the artstyle would definetly break the inmersion. That doesn't stop them from having potential to show up. You forget that the TMNT crosses over with a ton of property, including plenty of times with Batman and in Injustice. Paramount is usually down to negotiate, so I could see them getting in.

They'd have a lot to work with on variations as well, but it'd definitely take a lot of planning to figure out how the TMNT as a whole works on one character slot.

I'm going to have to disagree on that one, I can respect Omniverse to taking a much simpler and action oriented plot after the character regression that happened in AF season 3, somewhat taking into a more suitable direction of bens new personality that at the time definetly didn't suit from a serious plotdriven storyline. However, Altough on its own I do recognize Omniverse is fun. If I'm going to choose for a ben I'm going to choose the ones I like and I do enjoy way more what happened before AF season 3 than what came after. idk if we do go with the whole 'Down B makes you turn into an alien' could be random or choose, but it would ultimately run out and his mechanics would involve him trying to transform. ALL Cannonbolt can do is roll. Like, what the hell are you supposed to do to recover as him?

Heatblast can fly and has plenty of projectiles which could make him a mage, Four Arms obviously has a lot with the immense power and boulder throwing so he'd be offense/tank. And Diamondhead would EASILY have the coolest moveset with his crystal forming stuff for more of a hybrid/tank . I just don't want Cannonbolt because there's not as much to pull from.

I could definitley see him potentially, I just think Ben is more likely to have 3 because it's a good easy number. Also, you can just down B and have Up, Left, and Right be the transformations. Down B again while in form to leave it, and give them all 3 specials. Kinda copying Pkmn trainer a little, but it'd be different because you can also fight as Ben. (Original Ben 10 as a kid can't really fight as much as just run til he can transform, which also gives more points to AF and Omniverse versions.)

You do have to think that they had certain roles to fill because the selection of aliens reset, which doesn't happen in any other version. And I do like that they have functionalities aplicable to earlier aliens, kinda like ben 10 grew up, also did the general power or toolkit of each alien. Also funny enough, Ultimate Alien has to be the one that I least like in terms of new designs. There's some outliers like Ultimate Echo Echo and Swampfire but it kinda feels like the Toybrand design Philosophy was starting to outweigh the Alien lifeform one a bit too much than it should, when they usually did often give them a proportionate focus.

Oof I forgot about the andromeda four completely, yeah those are good designs, my point still stands but I do recognize there's more than i gave them credit for. While I do think the Omniverse style is really good on it's own, I do like it overall better than UA after all, it doesn't really have that organic feel that really screams Ben 10 to me, I do like that they got bolder with shapes even if there was nothing wrong with the Xenotype style but the loss of detail the blockier shapes the flatter textures I am sorry but I cannot personally say I do enjoy Ben 10 as much as I could in that style. Side note, but most OV redesigns are fine, not better than most originals in my view but fine, but I'm afraid I cannot budge that they had the worst Upgrade. Omnniverse if it had a different art direction and a only a minuscule tinge of more seriousness when needed I feel I could have enjoyed it in a similar way to the classic series with it's more lighthearted tone. Honestly I do feel that Omniverse is it's completely different beast when it comes to Ben 10, I do feel it would be fair rather than have to choose between these continuities that we get both a Classic/AF Ben and an OV one. Kinda like a Link/Toon Link/Young Link Situation, i'd say that if any character warrants it, that's Ben.

Ooh yeah, i do like Malware a lot OV had really interesting Villain designs even if they didn't leave that big an impression character wise on me personally. I haven't really watched the reboot and from what I've seen, interesting ideas like the nemetrix do look cool, but I'm afraid that the effect that really made me not like Omniverse that much, is multiplied tenfold when I try sitting down and watching it. So yeah I had to look up this glitch, looks interesting even if the Upgrade design of this one is my second least favorite of the bunch i'd say that it being a good guy situation of ghostfreak does catch my interest.
