I've never wanted a character added to a fighting game as badly as I want Ben Tennyson added to MultiVersus alongside the likes of Harley Quinn and Steven Universe.

From his style in Omniverse already meshing well with the colorful game, to the many aliens at his disposal to pull inspiration for movesets from, Ben naturally changing forms between each attack and reverting back to his human form right after.

Bonus alts? Probably his white hoodie from Omniverse and even Albedo (in the same vein as Bizarro and Superman) himself. Ben's got a lot of charm, a lot of power, and a lot of amazingness that I just really wanna see as a playable character 😊

He would play similar to DEDEDE in that many of his attacks are based around his Mallet, and unlike dedede he's surprisingly heavy to move despite his thin size (This is a guy who will not get out of his chair even after being flung thousands of feet across the ocean.) Eustace is unsurprisingly a bruiser, with a hybrid style, but generally he focuses more on the sides and down spikes than going up.

His main mechanic is ANGER, eustace as he gets hit or builds Rage and uses certain moves builds rage, but unlike shaggy, eustace's rage instead acts similar to someone like wario, where after building up enough rage he can use it all up in a giant explosion of rage after applying his hair growth suppliment. Applying the hair growth suppliment gives a short startup where eustace gets visibly angry and can move before the explosion so players can try to avoid it, this also prevents eustace from just instantly winning 2v2s by jumping in the middle, now he has to try to pin someone down before he explodes. After which he will have a noticable endlag, and he permanently loses his hat.

His Side special is just like dedede's hammer, he charges up to 3 stages, and the final stage hurts him, this final stage eustace also generates rage and he has a very angry red face on his head
Neutral Special - Hair Growth suppliment explained above, if he doesnt have enough rage he just applies it which gives a small boost to rage generated for a few seconds, it also throws the bottle out which gives an attack boost to a team mate

Whats unique is that eustace.... will not get out of the chair, no amount of hits will take eustace out of the chair, even moves like velma or supermans command grab will take the chair with them. So how does this benifit eustace?, Health locking. Eustace will not take damage during the move, but his current health will influence how badly the chair is sent flying, as while eustace cannot be removed from the chair, the chair will move him with it. How this benefits eustace is that if HE decides to leave the chair, it immeadiately cancels the momentum for him and the chair flys off while eustace is left with zero momentum wherever he is invulnerable for a second, instantly able to act either to dodge, attack or recover. if he leaves the chair midair this does eat one of his two midair recoveries. This move has a cooldown of course since it lets him break literally any combo or catch a jab, attacks against him while he's in the chair only build a half the anger they usually do.
His Neutral Charge attack is the iconic scary mask he uses. While his side attack is him wacking with his hammer.
