Blue Falcon and Dynomutt:

You could switch between the two and they both have very different movesets and playstyles

Birdman:

A ranged character mainly using his beams and his shield to protect himself, also isn't afraid to get scrappy with his fists.

Space Ghost:

The OG Hanna Barbera superhero is in town and ready to wreck people's butts with his retro technology moveset within his Ghost Gauntlets, also isn't afraid to punch anyone as any superhero would.

Plastic Man:

Make him like Rash From Killer Instinct, A wacky fun character that can be a great choice for zoners and brawlers alike.

Plucky Duck:

This ACME Looniversity chad is all beak and bite, watch him use his boxing skills and Batduck costume to the bone against all fighters, that is if he also gets hurt too.

Also, Virgil’s hero name is just Static. Static Shock is the name of the cartoon (& the comic sometimes). Even the recent comics only use “Static”, likely to clear up confusion about his hero name. Let me give you a short list of characters, and how their abilities could work, and play styles:

The red lantern Corp:

Atrocious or dax star

Atrocitus- could be a heavy grappler, and his side B can be him rushing down onto the enemy, and if he hits he pins them to the floor and spews blood onto them or rage onto them (Hate)

his up B can be him sticking out his hand and flying up( Lanterns Flight)

his down B can be a stomp that deal's aoe damage(just DIE)

his natural B. This will have a red lantern battery come in front of him as he speaks the red lantern oath(With Blood and Rage Crimson Red) builds rage slowly, and rage will help in both duo's, and solos by increasing the knock back of himself, and team mates. there will be three levels to it ( lvl one is a 5% increase. lvl two is a 10% increase. lvl three is a 20% increase but fades away)

Daxstar- his playstyle will be the opposite of his and be more of a support/ ranged character

Daxstars side B will be him shooting out a red yarn construct, and he will follow behind it and if he presses the B button again daxstar will zoom in on yarn ball, and swipe up at it. The yarn will deal a small amount of knock back while the swipe will deal a larger amount of knock back (My Yarn!!!)

His up B can be a teleport that is at an angle (the angriest cat alive)

his down B will be a aoe effect move, and it would be him doing the cat eye, and if his teammates are close it will heal them, and if the enemy is close by they will be stunned for one second( Fear Me!!)

His natural B will be the same as Atrocitus

I know it's asking for a lot but i hope that you could add Ben 10 as a character that can transform and have a completely different moveset, obviously not five different aliens all with different movesets but maybe he could be like shulk in smash where he can turn into one of 2 or 3 different aliens until the meter runs out and he has to wait to use it again. That's where i think the wildcard/ Jack of all trades class could be introduced for a mixup character like Ben where he's a normal fighter but turn into aliens with 4 Arms being Brusier, XLR8 being Assassin, Heatblast could be mage, or Diamondhead could be Tank. Plus for some of his normal moves like smash attacks, ariels, or dash he can turn into an alien then turn back once he uses the attack to have the rest of the aliens included, I'm sure more people are comfortable with the Ben 10 classic look from the original series with his classic aliens as moves so i would base his model after that and go from there. Obviously some balance would have to go into that but I'm sure a lot of fans would appreciate it, thank you again for reading.

I don't see it that way. There's no established rule against anime characters for this game and WB Japan has a history of publishing the series' anime adaptations (kinda like with WB distributing the Game of Thrones show)

I'd compare it more to Game of Thrones. George R.R. Martin (I assume) retains the book rights and IP ownership, but WB has distribution rights for the show, which was evidently enough to get Arya in this game. If WB has some distribution rights to some Godzilla media, that may just be enough to put him on the table.
