Code Lyoko’s first international brodcast was through Cartoon Network and the Toonami segment.
I think there is a lot of potential to include a character from the series, providing movesets that are combat focused (unlike a more slice of life oriented character such as Shaggy) while still providing something unique to the compatible moves within the roster, and some incredible voice acting.
Odd Della Robbia could be a very interesting choice; Having a higher wall jump than the rest of the cast possesses and having an arial-movement focus kit. Wanting to have moments of burst aial pressure for offense, and prioritizing a horizontal, short projectile that is lazer arrows. Low kill power with very high combo potential off stage, as his moves would send characters in shorter distances in the air in all 4 directions, meaning players would be using the complete use of space offstage while still not exaggerating kill power. Lazer arrows would be his main tool to prop characters up into the air. Teleportation as main recovery into a free fall meaning a harder time coming back to stage in air if players have used their double jump in a combo. There is a large potential for voice lines, expecially character interactions and differing skins for the character.
Aelita feels like the perfect support character for doubles, an interesting take on a more pacifistic approach, and would represent a character more integral to the plot. I imagine her having long charge moves that benifit the partner within an aoe while charging, then provide some upside once complete (healing aoe charge into a strengthening burst for partners, weakening for opponents); akin to Wonder Woman’s burst move, but non aggressive. One variation could drop a mountain-sector boulder that would apply a lot of knock back in the short frames it’s active, and stay put to provide a wall for wall combos. Boulder can be attacked and broken in a similar style to Bugs’ safe. Can materialize if used near ledge to drop off of the stage, increasing active frames as well as giving an extra wall or platform for partner, or potentially opponents, to jump off of.
Flight as a recovery, giving a more free moving recovery to a character that uses read based offense, but can also close distances quick for arial pressure. A counter attack in Future Sight. A slow moving projectile in Energy Field, high knockback that provides a static charge if it hits a partner. While being great screen control, it would have above average ability cooldown due to needing to complete before the ability begins to recharges. (If it’s slow, it will take a while before it moves off screen and begins to recharge, but also provides some silly setups that you can launch the opponent into at high “percentage”)
More healing, of course, as it seems to be a factor that was taken away from a decent amount of characters. Having a character that only uses it in doubles while relying on read based kills would be very intruiging, and would have variance in 1v1s that make her feel like a glass cannon, a light character with a heavy-characters offense through callouts and efficient reads.
stages feel almost a given here, as many locals would make great areas to fight in. I feel as if sector 5 would be interesting, as the 3D enviroment and basic color scheme matches the aesthetic of the game, but also could give a way to implement a flat stage that has shifting ground; blocks of land moving up and down on a timer, making some parts flat and others walls within variation, while also being a walk off stage.

So i read you're thing for Ben
It makes way more sense to just have his aliens as the fighters rather than having Ben as the fighter
It'll still be Ben, you just won't play as regular Ben
Just have Ben transform into the alien at the start of the match like how Batman has an animation where he gets into a fighting stance during the countdown before the match starts
It's so much easier and allows us to actually have all the aliens we want rather than limiting us to 4 like you're suggesting
And on top of all that, it just sounds boring to fight as regular Ben

No more aliens
He has at least 10,000 aliens to choose from and we only get 10
Having the aliens as standalones gives us the chance to be any of his aliens that we want with no restriction
And it'll still be Ben
Like I said, he can transform into them during the countdown

I think not having base Ben is a mistake, honestly. I was picturing more like Pokemon trainer, where he can swap between three, Four different aliens. One for each tag (Tank, Bruiser, Mage, Assassin) and then we have some standalones that are their own characters.

Because frankly a lot of people don't want to play as just A Ben 10 alien. They want to play as Ben 10 himself, and pick their alien

Please add Jailbot from Superjail.
He could have a bunch of moves where he grabs other players with his robot tentacle arms and maybe flings/slams them around, and he's got a ton of crazy weapon tentacles like flamethrower, minigun, chainsaw, missile barrage, boxing glove, drill, etc. He's also got a helicopter rotor he can pull out on top of his head.

I know he's from a super violent cartoon with absurd amounts of gore, but I also think if you can make characters like Jason PG13 for Multiversus you should have no problems doing the same with Jailbot, I think without any blood most of his attacks would be just as cartoony as Bugs Bunny and The Joker.

You could have a female alt skin like that one episode with the female superjail, and you could have his win animation be him catching Jackknife and flying away.

The Warden would make an excellent Announcer pack for the game, and if you ever make a Superjail Level it could be inside the Warden's office while he goofs around in the back of the office while chaos ensues among the prisoners in the background seen from his window.

Ello, this is gonna be a long one but I'd like to give my reasons.

My character wish is Terry McGinnis.

I don't want him to be a skin, maybe his older counter part sure, or Bruce in the Beyond Suit, but I would much prefer Terry to be his own character

He isn't Bruce, his build and all that is different, plus the beyond suit gives Terry some extra moveset options that Bruce doesn't have in his current suit, such as jet boosters, invisibility, his claws, the works.

Overall, I think Terry would be an amazing choice for a character down the line, could even have a beyond event, where characters dress as their Beyond Counterparts.

Sorry for the long post, but when I set my sights on a character I tend to put my all into the idea, and some ideas I would rather save for a video I want to do on the topic.

I have a few characters I would love to see.
First being Ben Tennyson. I think he would be a really cool mix of all classes depending on the alien he changes into. You could use neutral special to change between 4 aliens. Bruiser: Four Arms or Rath. Assassin: XLR8 or Spider Monkey.
Tank: Humungasaur or Diamondhead.
Mage: Heatblast or Swampfire.

The next character would be Daffy Duck from Looney Tunes. He would make for an intereating mage to counter Bugs. Same could be said for Wile E Coyote.

The last I will say will be Chris McLean from Total Drama. He would make for an interesting Mage being able to find and put cameras everywhere. Im not sure how to make his moves interesting atm, but i know it would be cool to see

If Freddy Krueger is owned by Warner bros he could make for a banger killer in my opinion. Just add Clark the Superbunny/SuperRabbid into one of his moves and he can fit right in (cuz DC copyright tag).

I also think Sergueï is a good character to introduce a mechanic where if the character gets damaged a lot in a short time the character becomes stronger for a few seconds, due to Rabbids being able to go haywire in earlier titles. It also means that there’s an upgrade mechanic that’s not tied to any move, making Sergueï able to become a very complex Giant-Tank-class character, contrasting with the other Giant-Tank-class member’s, Iron Giant’s, easier and way too exploitable game plan

Victor and Valentino used to be on Cartoon Network and was purged along with Mao Mao, Infinity Train, and Close Enough. But it would be nice since WB had rights for them! Villainous however is on Max right now, which would make a high probability for characters in there to be in the game if possible, let alone both shows being on CN! Also, since Vic and Val had a crossover episode with Villainous it would make a great comeback!
