CONNIE WHIT LION (STEVEN UNIVERSE)
A great character idea would be Steven Universe's Connie riding the Lion, something similar to what happens in Unleash the Light. They could be of the boxer class, interspersed between attacks such as advances, lion bites and scratches, and connie sword strikes. The lion could also have a portal system similar to Rick and even a possible gameplay disassembling from the lion, what do you think? I crave this character a lot and I think it's unique and incredible, since we almost don't have anything Steven. Skills:
-Duality between Connie's sword attacks and the Lion's bites, lunges and scratches
-A system of portals similar to Rick
-A lion dismount passive, altering the weight's abilities, weight, and mobility
-Maybe some system of picking up and storing items in the lion's maneGive more suggestions! So, did you like it? Give me your opinions!

I have a really good idea for their one of their attacks/dodges (similar to Jason's teleport)

Attack Idea : They vanish into their cloud of black smoke that they use to fly around.
(The smoke is just barely visible when moving)
If near someone, it will take that person into the smoke and deal 15-20 damage, then instantly cancels the smoke.

Dodge Idea : They just vanish into smoke, and reappear as fast as any other dodge takes.

Code Lyoko’s first and only international brodcast was through Cartoon Network and the Toonami segment.
I think there is a lot of potential to include a character from the series, providing movesets that are combat focused (unlike a more slice of life oriented character such as Shaggy) while still providing something unique to the compatible moves within the roster, and some incredible voice acting.
Odd Della Robbia could be a very interesting choice; Having a higher wall jump than the rest of the cast possesses and having an arial-movement focus kit. Wanting to have moments of burst aial pressure for offense, and prioritizing a horizontal, short projectile that is lazer arrows. Low kill power with very high combo potential off stage, as his moves would send characters in shorter distances in the air in all 4 directions, meaning players would be using the complete use of space offstage while still not exaggerating kill power. Lazer arrows would be his main tool to prop characters up into the air. Teleportation as main recovery into a free fall meaning a harder time coming back to stage in air if players have used their double jump in a combo. (Akin to Morty’s side special or down tilt) There is a large potential for voice lines, expecially character interactions and differing skins for the character.
Aelita feels like the perfect support character for doubles, an interesting take on a more pacifistic approach, and would represent a character more integral to the plot. I imagine her having long charge moves that benifit the partner within an aoe while charging, then provide some upside once complete (healing aoe); akin to Wonder Woman’s burst move, but non aggressive. One variation could drop a mountain-sector boulder that would apply a lot of knock back in the short frames it’s active, and stay put to provide a wall for wall combos. Boulder can be attacked and broken in a similar style to Bugs’ safe. Can materialize if used near ledge to drop off of the stage, increasing active frames as well as giving an extra wall or platform for partner, or potentially opponents, to jump off of.
Flight as a recovery, giving a more free moving recovery to a character that uses read based offense, but can also close distances quick for arial pressure. A counter attack in Future Sight. A slow moving projectile in Energy Field, high knockback projectile that provides a static charge if it hits a partner. While being great screen control, it would have above average ability cooldown due to needing to complete before ability recharges.
More healing, of course, as it seems to be a factor that was taken away from a decent amount of characters. Having a character that only uses it in doubles while relying on read based kills would be very intruiging, and would have variance in 1v1s.
stages feel almost a given here, as many locals would make great areas to fight in. I feel as if sector 5 would be interesting, as the 3D envoroment and basic color scheme matches the aesthetic of the game, but also could give a way to implement a flat stage that has shifting ground; blocks of land moving up and down on a timer, making some parts flat and others walls within variation.

The sad part os that the community is pretty clear about the most requested characters. The game picks the right franchises but always the wrong characters. So Devs, here are the most récurring characters fans are requesting:

Road Runner as puppet master archetype character. Coyote is the puppet and you control RR. Will E Coyote always runs after RR if he gets to RR, RR is momentarely transforms into chicken. RR is really fast but must avoid Will. When using jabs/smash attacks both stop and attack infront of them. when using specials Will will launch different proctiles or use gadget towards you and hit ennemies.

The Atom

Crouching = Miniaturize : Atom becomes smaller, a little faster but becomes the lightest character in the game.
Atom doesn't have a down smash but instead have a second string of jabs that deals damage but doesn't project very far. Use to harass the ennemy and builds damage.

Neutral smash : Atom fires a slow projectile that projects ennemy in the air while making them smaller and lighter. The ennemy does not get back his size before he touches the ground.

Up B : Atom quicly reduces himself to subatomic level to jump higher. He's momentarly invincible and invisible.

Neutral b : Atom increase his mass to hit a slow but devastating punch

Side B : Atom launches unstable matter which will explode after a short travel.

Up smash : Atom increase his size and uppercuts his ennemies launching them in the air. It's a devastating attack but makes him vulnerable to counters.

He's a double edge sword assassin who's able to do rapidly good amounts of damage and kill his ennemies but his attacks makes him highly vulnerable even more than other assassins.
