Ben 10™ Ben Tennyson - Hybrid or Bruiser: Multiple stances that you can switch between; similar to that one Brawlhalla LTM, his moveset would be built so that you need to switch mid-combo to pull off strings and make the most of his kit.
BattleBots™ Bite Force - Mage or Support: Specials allow you to drop arena hazards that activate on impact, counting as rebound damage. Otherwise Bite Force's attacks revolve around grappling enemies, during which your teammates can attack them. Engine-building gameplay with traps is flavour for the engineering side of Battlebots.
DC™ The Riddler - Support: A reverse Velma. He charges a powerful bomb that hits in a massive radius by using his special enough times, but his compulsion generates riddles away from him that enemies can collect to remove a charge. These can also be used to divert an opponent's attention from a teammate.
Other ideas:
Mortal Kombat™ Sub-zero: It would be cool to see an ice-focused fighter.
The Eric Andre Show™ Eric Andre: A taunt could be him sitting down on a chair as the set for the Eric Andre Show is lowered around him. Awkward claps as he beats people up with his desk would be hilarious.
DC™ Green Arrow: Trick arrows, baybeee!
Harry Potter™ Ron Weasley: Honestly, any HP character would be good, but it's about time Ron got some clout in media.

Primal™ Spear & Fang: A mounted bruiser would be cool. High horizontal movement on the ground but attacks are either close range and quick (spear) or slow but heavy (fang).

Road Runner as puppet master archetype character. Coyote is the puppet and you control RR. Will E Coyote always runs after RR if he gets to RR, RR is momentarely transforms into chicken. RR is really fast but must avoid Will. When using jabs/smash attacks both stop and attack infront of them. when using specials Will will launch different proctiles or use gadget towards you and hit ennemies.
The Atom
Crouching = Miniaturize : Atom becomes smaller, a little faster but becomes the lightest character in the game.
Atom doesn't have a down smash but instead have a second string of jabs that deals damage but doesn't project very far. Use to harass the ennemy and builds damage.
Neutral smash : Atom fires a slow projectile that projects ennemy in the air while making them smaller and lighter. The ennemy does not get back his size before he touches the ground.
Up B : Atom quicly reduces himself to subatomic level to jump higher. He's momentarly invincible and invisible.
Neutral b : Atom increase his mass to hit a slow but devastating punch
Side B : Atom launches unstable matter which will explode after a short travel.
Up smash : Atom increase his size and uppercuts his ennemies launching them in the air. It's a devastating attack but makes him vulnerable to counters.
He's a double edge sword assassin who's able to do rapidly good amounts of damage and kill his ennemies but his attacks makes him highly vulnerable even more than other assassins.

This could incorporate a lot more of the ice/freeze effect into the game. (I have several ideas so I’m gonna rant)
He would be a mage (obviously)
Most of his wizards based attacks would apply freeze.
Maybe a crown attack where the throws his crown. And he slowly becomes weaker the further get gets from his crown, or he unable to preform his spell based attacks without the crown. (Which would make him more balanced).
Eventually he would turn into Simon with a long enough time period without the crown. Turing into more of a just a basic guy, no specials or anything. This allows Ice King to be pretty balanced while still being strong. Also another idea would be at a high enough percentage his crown would fall of or it would fall off if he gets too much knock back, so that way he would still be balanced without people using the crown move.
