Yeah, I get you. Design wise Captain Cutler is probably somewhere in the middle of Scooby villains but he's still my favorite, mostly cause his bad guy plan is very dumb. Dude fakes his own death and pretends to be his own ghost so he can steal yachts. That's iconic in its own way

Yo, thanks for the feedback! I ended up picking Cutler specifically because of the expanded role they gave him in Scooby-Doo 2, one of my favorite movies of all time, but Space Kook and the Tar Monster were ideas I had too. Plus I've always liked Cutler, considering he was in the OG theme song and is one of the earliest. As for Newt, like I said in the section about || Hermione || I just feel like Harry doesn't have as interesting potential as either of them. I also really liked the first Fantastic Beasts film. I wish it was a one-and-done though.

I think a cool way to incorporate Harry would be for his moves to incorporate magic items he gets over the course of the series. Broom for recovery, Invisibility Cloak similar to Batman smoke bombs except smaller AOE and you can move around, send out Hedwig similar to Snake's Nikita, then throw in Expecto Patronum since that's like Harry's main spell (maybe have it charge in a straight line like Zelda's Phantom)

I'm a huge fan of tye series and even I had a brain fart a out the Invisibility Cloak.

He could theoretically also wield the sword of Gryffindor as well.

If I ever do a sequel video to this where I say like.... What if we did a Smash ultimate sized roster or something, just throwing out the realism entirely, I'd definitely out Harry in there now, though I stand by Newt and Hermione still being more interesting from a gameplay perspective.

I'd love Ron too but he's kinda just mediocre at magic and it's his character and arc that makes him great

Another DC pick; Negative Man, of the Doom Patrol! I reckon he'd work fantastically as a weird fusion between a ranged/support character, likely using a puppeteer playstyle using the Negative Spirit for most of his ranged options. Plus, the Doom Patrol is one of DC's weirder but more interesting superteams to represent, and Negative Man is an iconic founding member of the group~

In celebration of Multiversus getting any news at all, I have decided to draft a move list for each of the Team Fortress 2 mercenaries, starting with Scout. If you want to illustrate or turn this into a video, feel free! As long as you credit me as the proper creator. Now to start, Scout would be a horizontal assassin, peppering people with a variety of effects then finishing them off with a clean meatshot from his Scattergun.

Neutral Attack: Bonk! Scout swings his baseball bat in a jab similarly to Harley Quinn, however the last hit is an overhead strike that does 3 times the damage and knockback than the other hits (akin to the random crits from Scout's home game.)

Air Neutral attack: Bonk from above! Same as ground but the last hit spikes.

Side Attack: Flying Guillotine/Boston Basher. Scout throws a cleaver at an arc and deals damage and gives the foe the Wounded effect. The Wounded effect deals damage but gets removed when the target gets healed. The cleaver deals 3 times the damage and Wounds 3 times longer when the target has a negative effect applied. When off cooldown, Scout swings a nail bat that gives opponents the Wounded effect, if you miss the attack scouts deals damage to himself and gives himself Wounded.

Air Side Attack: Same as Ground.

Up Attack: Atomizer, Scout swings an atomic cola themed baseball bat above his head. The move comes out slow but has many benefits in the air.

Air up attack: same as ground with additional effects: Scout gains a vertical boost the first time he uses this move after jumping, this move also deals 35% more damage and knockback then the grounded version.

Down attack: The Sandman. Scout pulls out a baseball bat and a baseball and knocks the ball out of the park! The ball gives slowness with the duration dependent on how far the scout is from his target, the farther, the longer the duration. At the maximum distance, the scout hits a moonshot, dealing triple damage and stunning the opponent in place. When the ball is off cooldown the scout still swings the bat dealing high knockback and reflecting projectiles.

Air Down Attack: same as ground.

Neutral special: The Pistol. Scout pulls out a pistol and can shoot up to 12 shots in his magazine before needing to reload. Bullets do not suffer attack decay, instead they have damage falloff, meaning the farther away the opponent the less damage the bullets deal. Reloading is non-cancelable, leaving you vulnerable after using the gun. However, after reloading, all 12 shots return to the scout.

Air neutral special: same as ground.

Side special: The Scattergun. Scout pulls out his signature Scattergun and shoots anything in front of him. The gun has 6 shots in the magazine and needs to reload every individual shot.

Air side special: same as ground.

Up special: Bonk Atomic Punch. Scout drinks a can of Bonk Atomic Punch and becomes immune to damage, hitstun and debuffs for ten seconds. Scout can still take knockback and can’t attack, only move, jump, dodge, or reload his guns in this state. All damage scout takes in this state is added up to a slowness meter that determines the duration of an unclearable slowness debuff.

Air up special: same as ground.

Down special: Mad Milk. Scout throws a bottle of a milk-like substance clearing Scout’s team from debuffs. Enemies hit buy the mad milk get the milk effect applied, cause 50% of damage they take to heal the damage dealer.

Passive ability: Triple jump, scout gets an extra jump for a total of three jumps without perks.

Signature perks: Force of Nature. Replaces the scattergun with a double barrel hunting shotgun. It only has two shots in the clip instead of 6 and has a harsher damage falloff, but close range shots deal more damage and knockback. The first shot scout shoots in the air before touching the ground gives scout a vertical boost. Additionally, both shots reload at once, but reloading takes longer.

Crit-a-Cola, the Bonk Atomic Punch is replaced with the Crit-a-Cola giving Scout a 35% boost to damage and knockback at the cost of scout taking 35% more damage and knockback.

The Winger. It replaces the pistol with wing decals and an atomic symbol on each side. Your magazine is reduced to 5 shots but deal 15% more damage and when shooting and reloading your jump distance increases by 25%.

Miscellaneous stats: Scout would be the fastest character and the only character that could be faster would be Sonic the Hedgehog, but he’s probably not going to be in this game. Scout would also likely be the lightest character to balance out the insane mobility.

Heyo, it’s me. Back with another Multiversus tf2 moveset today it’s the greatest American, Jane Doe! Otherwise, known as the Soldier! 🦅🦅🦅🔥🔥🔥🇲🇾🇲🇾🇲🇾🇱🇷🇱🇷🇱🇷🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

Soldier would be a hybrid bruiser turning commies into Fourth of July fireworks with his trusty rocket launcher, sometimes choosing to use his rockets to propel himself to close the gap between him and his enemies.

Neutral attack: Trench Maker Warfare, soldier does a jab combo with his shovel, with the final hit dealing a “random” crit.

Air neutral attack: Use Your Head, Maggot! Soldier headbutts in front of him, sending any maggot hurtling down with a spike.

Forward attack: Half-Zatoichi/Grounded Gardener. Soldier pulls out a katana and starts swinging it like a madman. Soldier can keep pressing the attack button and swing in the cardinal directions to keep attacking. Any knockouts you get heal your team for half their current damage. If you don’t hit anyone with your katana, you take honorbound damage and a lengthy cooldown on your katana. When on cooldown, Soldier swings his market gardener in one slow strike for middling damage.

Air forward attack: Market Gardener. Soldier pulls out a folding shovel and swings it downward in front of him. If he is rocket jumping then the shovel deals triple damage and knockback as well as spiking the opponent.

Up attack: “Come here, Cupcake!” Soldier pulls a grenade off of his coat and performs an uppercut with the grenade in his hand exploding, dealing self damage that counts as a rocket jump if launched in the air. The grenades have three ammo, and the ammoless version is a standard, weaker uppercut.

Air Up attack: Escape Plan. Soldier pulls a pickaxe out from his pockets and holds it above him, his horizontal momentum and fall speed is increased based on how much damage he’s taken. When Soldier lands, he swings the pickaxe down in front of him.

Down attack: Disciplinary Action. Soldier quickly swings a whip down in front of him, if the whip hits a teammate, both soldier and his teammate get a speed boost.

Air Down Attack: The Mantreads. Soldier straps on a pair of boots and starts crashing downwards. If Soldier hits an airborne enemy from above, the attack spikes. Soldier can still attack as he crashes down.

Neutral Special: Rocket Launcher. Soldier pulls out his Rocket Launcher, allowing you to aim it using the left stick. Press the special button again to fire a rocket, these rockets can hit yourself and count as a rocket jump if launched in the air. Rockets are affected by damage falloff, but not attack decay. Rockets are reloaded passively but leave you vulnerable during the animation, Whenever an attack has this property it will be referred to as Manual Reload

Air neutral special: Same as ground.

Side attack: Shotgun. Soldier pulls out and shoots a shotgun, it has 6 ammo and suffers from damage falloff instead of attack decay. This attack has Manual Reload.
Air Side Special: Same as Ground

Up Special: Rocket Jump! Soldier shoots his feet with his Rocket Launcher, propelling him in the air. Use the left stick to change the direction of the jump.

Air Up Special: Base Jumper. Soldier activates a parachute slowing his fall; you can press up special again to remove the parachute. You can only use the parachute once before needing to touch the ground. You may input attacks while parachuting, using down attack while parachuting uses the grounded version of the attack instead of the Mantreads.

Down special: the Buff Banner: soldier has a Banner meter that fills up as he deals damage, after dealing 150 damage soldier can play his bugle to give his team 35% more damage and knockback on all their attacks for 10 seconds.

Air down special: same as ground.

Signature perks: The Black Box: soldier’s Rocket Launcher is replaced with a rectangular prism-shaped black rocket launcher with only three Rockets, however, rockets that hit foes can heal a minimum of five damage from Soldier with a maximum of 20 heal per rocket depending on the falloff.

Gunboats. Soldier takes no self damage from explosions and gets a 40% resistance to all explosion damage. However the air down attack becomes the same as the grounded version.

The battalion's backup. Replaces the buff banner, however it takes 300 damage to charge instead of 150, giving the benefit of 50% resistance to damage and a 35% resistance to knockback for 10 seconds.

Miscellaneous stats: Soldier would be about as heavy as LeBron James and about as slow as Superman.
