There's so many "meme" characters that would genuinely be interesting

Walter White could be like Steve from Smash, campy but still really good

Walter could have a cooking station set up on part of the map, if he walks up to it and inputs the down special, he cooks. He can hold 3 bags of crystal while his teammate can hold 1. if you walk up to an opponent with a crystal bag, you could slow them down and reduce damage. Crystal Effects are stackable

Peter Griffin could have a cutaway gag function where his side special summons something or someone new (The Chicken, Meg, etc) and his up special could be Family Guy's version of Spider-Man saving him saying "Everybody gets one."

Shrek could have a ton of cool things with donkey, being similar to Wario's Motorcycle from Smash, he could ride donkey and go running into opponents, he could send donkey out like Steven's Watermelon

Support | Hybrid | Breaking Bad™️

Specials:

Neutral-Special: Walter pulls a small bag of blue rocks out of his pocket. He can throw this at ally’s to give them a random buff. These buffs include regeneration, speed, strength, extra dodge invincibility, etc. Had small cooldown, ally cannot have more than 3 buffs. When Walter double taps this button however, he pulls a small handful of brown, bead-looking seeds. When thrown at enemies, this applies a random rebuff to them. This includes poison, fire, freeze, stun, etc. Only 2 debuffs from ricin can be applied to the same enemy.

Up-Special: Walter throws a pizza upward angrily. This pizza can combo into itself 4 times. Does small AOE damage when it splatters.

Side-Special: Walter gets in a car. With the dodge button, he get out of the car. He can run over enemies until the car is destroyed. When the car is destroyed, it explodes, damaging everyone around it. Has long cooldown.

Down-Special: Walter places down a turret. This turret can fire a flurry of bullets to damage all enemies in sight. Can be reloaded if it were to run out of bullets with the same button. Turrets have 25 HP. Has mid-size cooldown and only 2 turrets can be on the map at once. Can be placed on car for combo.

Ground Attacks:
Neutral Attack: Walt pulls out a blaster and shoots a fast projectile. Can be used up to 4 times in a row, somewhat quickly. Can be charged (aimed) to do slightly more damage

Up Attack: Walt swings a fly swatter upwards.

Side Attack: Walt throws an off-balanced punch. After 2 punches in a row, Walter tackles the enemy, pushing them forward a bit and then doing knockback.

Down Attack: Walt throws down culminated mercury to do mid-size AOE damage.

Aerials:

Neutral Aerial: Walt throws a beaker. When it hits an enemy, that enemy is debuffed with bleeding/poison/fire

Up Aerial: Same as ground.

Side Aerial: Walt throws a bad kick.

Down Aerial: Same as ground.

Honestly, I'm just hoping for two characters.
Ben 10 (The 2005 version to be specific) (Bruiser). His uniqueness comes from the Omnitrix. So, he could transform into 5 different aliens, each one being a different role. Like this:
Four Arms: Bruiser.
Diamondhead: Tank.
GhostFreak: Assassin.
Upgrade: Support.
Heatblast: Mage.
Again, I'm busy making a whole moveset for all of them. It's long and kinda tedious. But maybe it'll be worth it in the end.
The other character, or I guess characters, I would like to see are the Warner Sibilings, Yakko, Wakko, and Dot. Possibly Mage characters. A lot of people have already made movesets for them, so I'm not gonna.

Ehh not as good as Damn Daniel:

Taunt: The Griddy. Alternate Skin: Black Vans. (Like the white ones but black.)

Attacks Ground:
Neutral- Spontaneous Swag, CHARGE a dab that exerts an AOE blast of energy when released.
Side- Dancing Daniel, A COMBO of kicks that end with a dropkick.
Up- Handy Stand, CHARGE a handstand scissor-kick, knockback increases with charge.
Down- CHARGE a hard slam on the ground that kicks up dirt that leaves an AOE that slows if entered.

Attacks Air:
Neutral- Same as ground.
Side- Just the drop kick, more damage, worse knockback.
Up- Clap Yo’ Jays, Daniel claps upward. Stronger if hit with the palm.
Down- OH NO! Daniel quickly falls to the ground, releasing a SHOCKWAVE when he hits the ground. (15-second cooldown.)

Specials Ground:
Neutral- Pump Up, Daniel CHARGES his vans with a bike pump, they did 30% more damage for 3 hits. (15-second cooldown.)
Side- I Pull Up, Daniel enters a HONDA CIVIC which drives for around 8 seconds. During this there is music blasting, making an AOE damage zone around the speakers.
Up- DAMN DANIEL, A phone playing the Damn Daniel video slowly comes down from the sky if a character grabs this they get a 6-second buff that increases Attacks damage by 15%. (25-second cooldown.)
Down- Dust Them Hoes, Daniel dusts off his WHITE VANS, this creates an AOE dust cloud, the longer he does this the larger the dust cloud gets.

Specials Air.
Neutral- Same as ground.
Side- Crippin’, Daniel slowly Crip Walks to either the right or left, he moves incredibly slow. If hit you get launched because it’s so easy to dodge.
Up- Same as ground.
Down- Silly Cartwheel, Daniel does a silly cartwheel that causes blindness.

Biden's side special is he rides a bike and runs people over with it. However, you can't change directions. During the ride, the movement stick is used to balance on the bike. A small balance indicator above Joe's head tells you whether you need to lean the directional pad / stick to the left, right, up, or down, and of course this changes as you ride. Eventually Joe and his bike will fall down, whether it's when you fail the balancing act or when you reach the edge of the platform. The longer you ride, the more damage and knockback the fall does to nearby enemies

Foghorn Leghorn from Looney Tunes isn't a bad idea for Multiversus as a support class.

How Foghorn can work is how he acts in the show, he mainly fools another character (usually ones that like to eat chickens) to go after the Barnyard Dawg. It can work similarly to mark where it gives a damage boost to a single enemy. He's like Steven Universe where he's melee focused than ranged and a semi heavyweight as well.
