(Part 1):

• Down Special: Grants Sam and his team an effect that protects them from all projectiles for a certain amount of time (this move is based off how Sam deflects bullets when running in MGR)

Neutral special: Sam fires his sword out of his sheath, holding the sword, and slashes at you. The longer you charge it, the farther he slashes/travels and the more damage he does. This attack can be slightly aimed, although not very much. This move is mostly horizontal and can slightly move up or down during the attack (this move is based off of Sam's holding heavy attack in MGR)

Jetstream Sam Moveset Concept
(Part 2):

Side special: Sam holds his blade horizontally and blocks or parries the attack(s) coming from whichever way he's looking, left or right. If the time between the start of the special and the contact of the attack with the special is short enough, then it will be a parry where Sam gets a guaranteed counterattack, which will be a spin kick. If the time between the special and contact is too long, then it will just be a block that either stops all damage or simply lessens the damage taken (this move is based off of the block and parry system in MGR)

Up special: Sam shoots his sword out of his sheath. He doesn't grab it and instead lets it fly out like an arrow, hitting anyone in the way. After shooting the sword out, Sam does two short double-jumps. The shooting can be aimed, with the default direction being up. When the sword is being aimed, Sam does not fall or move. When the sword is shot up, Sam catches the sword after the double jump, regaining possession of it. If the sword is aimed to the side or down, then Sam loses possession of the sword and his moveset changes to "Swordless" moveset. If the sword is shot and it falls to the stage, then Sam can pick it back up to reenter "Sword" moveset. If it gets shot offstage, then Sam must wait for a fairly long cooldown for his sword to respawn in its sheath (this move is based off of Sam's double jump and also on where he shoots his sword out from its sheath into the guard's jaw)

Neutral- Spontaneous Swag, CHARGE a dab that exerts an AOE blast of energy when released.
Side- Dancing Daniel, A COMBO of kicks that end with a dropkick.
Up- Handy Stand, CHARGE a handstand scissor-kick, knockback increases with charge.
Down- CHARGE a hard slam on the ground that kicks up dirt that leaves an AOE that slows if entered.

Attacks Air:
Neutral- Same as ground.
Side- Just the drop kick, more damage, worse knockback.
Up- Clap Yo’ Jays, Daniel claps upward. Stronger if hit with the palm.
Down- OH NO! Daniel quickly falls to the ground, releasing a SHOCKWAVE when he hits the ground. (15-second cooldown.)

Specials Ground:
Neutral- Pump Up, Daniel CHARGES his vans with a bike pump, they did 30% more damage for 3 hits. (15-second cooldown.)
Side- I Pull Up, Daniel enters a HONDA CIVIC which drives for around 8 seconds. During this there is music blasting, making an AOE damage zone around the speakers.
Up- DAMN DANIEL, A phone playing the Damn Daniel video slowly comes down from the sky if a character grabs this they get a 6-second buff that increases Attacks damage by 15%. (25-second cooldown.)
Down- Dust Them Hoes, Daniel dusts off his WHITE VANS, this creates an AOE dust cloud, the longer he does this the larger the dust cloud gets.

Neutral- Same as ground.
Side- Crippin’, Daniel slowly Crip Walks to either the right or left, he moves incredibly slow. If hit you get launched because it’s so easy to dodge.

We already know for a fact that PFG wants to add Walter White to the game (https://www.dexerto.com/multiversus/multiversus-responds-after-evo-winner-requests-breaking-bads-walter-white-as-dlc-fighter-1896618/ now it's just making an agreement with AMC that stands in the way. The mass voice got Walter White this far, help Jetstream Sam get to this point!
 
Jetstream Sam isn't just a meme character, either. He had his own playable DLC that gave him plenty of moves that would work greatly in Multiversus, along with all of his interactions in Metal Gear Rising's base game. Sam could have one of the most unique, fun to play, true to the original movesets!
 
This inclusion is highly, highly unlikely, but with enough support, this amazing character and moveset could make it into Multiversus! Player First Games already said anyone was possible! Help me make Jetstream Sam in Multiversus a reality!

i know that the rest of mystery inc will probably be added but i hope they come soon!! i also really really want the polar express conductor -- i think he would be so fun if he could summon a train to crush opponents or used his hole punch to blind people with the ticket paper circles! it would also be cute if he could spill hot chocolate to either burn enemies/make them slide on it on the ground!

i also really want stede bonnet from our flag means death! it would be so cool if all of his moves were unintentional since hes bad at being a pirate -- one of his moves could be hitting people with a paperweight on the back of the head (which is the only intentional move), and the rest could be stuff like digging up a hole and finding a petrified orange, maybe throwing it over his shoulder and pelting enemies; swinging his sword around, maybe spilling a nose jar! he could also spray fire out of his mouth like in the scene he pretended to be a lighthouse! blackbeard would also be so fun to have! he'd probably be an assassin since hes good with his sword, he could also strangle people with rope and maybe hed have a hard time getting KOs because he doesn't like killing people!

Let's get Jetstream Sam into Multiversus by making Sam as requested as Walter White!
 
We already know for a fact that PFG wants to add Walter White to the game (https://www.dexerto.com/multiversus/multiversus-responds-after-evo-winner-requests-breaking-bads-walter-white-as-dlc-fighter-1896618/ now it's just making an agreement with AMC that stands in the way. The mass voice got Walter White this far, help Jetstream Sam get to this point!
 
Jetstream Sam isn't just a meme character, either. He had his own playable DLC that gave him plenty of moves that would work greatly in Multiversus, along with all of his interactions in Metal Gear Rising's base game. Sam could have one of the most unique, fun to play, true to the original movesets!
 
This inclusion is highly, highly unlikely, but with enough support, this amazing character and moveset could make it into Multiversus! Player First Games already said anyone was possible! Help me make Jetstream Sam in Multiversus a reality!
