The toon version of lebron which is owned by warner brothers is in the game. Lebron himself does not even voice the character. 3rd party characters and "celebrities" would require permission from the owners of the image being used

Also@still trench do you not know what a 3rd party character is? Last I checked nintendo didnt own undertale and yet they added a sans skin to smash. I wonder how they got the rights to do that?

Honestly coyote and roadrunner would be really fun to have, coyote could have an attack where he pulls out an anvil and strings it up, then lets it go when it’s charged and it could make a small shockwave depending on how much he charged it up. Roadrunner could have a constant 5% increase to his speed but also take 5% more velocity when bouncing off objects

Sunny Starscout - She is a Earth Pony who can have a meter to turn into an Alicorn for a short time. With her rollerblades, smoothies, and earth pony powers she can definitely fight battles against heroes like Superman. Also since she can changed into an Alicorn when center conditions are meant her attacks would definitely be using magic from all three tribes and she can be able to fly. It would take awhile to feel the meter and would be powerful like how Iron Giants meter power is like but she isn’t slow like him.

Bare Bears and how they could've added as a unique character:
•Class: Fighter/Assasin
•Playstyle: Playing around different bears with different playstyles
•Strong point: it depends which bear you have, panda being good at holding distances, polar being good to gap close and knock enemies and grizzly is strong with dealing damage

Passives:
•Beary Friends: The bare bears start the game stacked one each other using unique movements (always ordered as panda, polar and grizzly), and the one that is above will be the one dealing the attacks, each time you do neutral special, bears will change to the next one, if you're knocked, the cycle does NOT reset

•Roll? It can be eated?: Grizzly instead of doing a dodge, he blocks attacks, having a low priority and being unable to block proyectiles, but instead recieving 29% less damage to proyectiles if tried to be blocked

•Glass cannon: because polar falls in Assasin class, he will recieve the 14% extra dmg

Tl;Dr: Bears are stacked as panda, polar and grizzly, each one deals attacks on different ways.

Attacks:

Side: Bears deal a burst of hits, changing effect for the one hitting:
Panda: three hits without knockup
Polar: two hits and knockup
Grizzly: four hit no knockup

Charge the attack to do a strong head butt:

Polar: goes directly to the enemy if the attack is completely charged

Air: Bears will do a vertical slash (from down to up)
Panda: instead of an normal slash, panda will use his "girlfriend" pillow miki-chan, which deals the attack twice but the second attack will be from up to down, dealing knockdown

Neutral:
Panda: Throws his cellphone, dealing more damage depending distance but having a cooldown
Polar: Uses his axe to throw it, if the enemy its hitted, the axe can be used again
Grizzly: Runs directly to an enemy, being inmune to proyectile knockups and if an enemy is hitted, grizzly deals an attack and breaks armor

Down: the three will slap the ground with a jump, using differents way to do it:
Panda: he will reject and displace away enemies
Polar: he will bring enemies into him to then knockback
Grizzly: he deals damage and leaves a food truck that straight goes in the direction in which was used the attack to knock enemies once

Specials:

Neutral: Switch your bear, rolling forward and doing an effect with the bear you had if the roll hit an ally, you can change every 5 seconds:
Panda: Grants a gray shield
Polar: Polar gives "cold hit" which makes next ally neutral attack deal an slow for 1.25 second
Grizzly: He grants "Buddy slap" which makes the ally recieve 14% less knockback for 2 seconds
Air:
Grizzly: Instead of knockback, he grants less knockup

Side:
The three bears use an item:
Panda: uses a cheap cosplay, which he takes time to suit up, and allows him to use the ally last attack when is recast
Polar: uses a pan, in which he can fry food to give a nerfed version of a random positive buff to him or ally, stacking up to two times
Grizzly: Summons the joy power of charlie to empower both ally and him to make them able to apply "dont bother me" until bear is changed or the effect is applied in each enemy once

Grizzly: grizzly makes a burp, destroying small shields (like wonder woman one, the only exception is iron giant), but this attack can only be used once and has a 7 seconds cooldown

Panda: panda do a cute sneeze, that charms enemies facing the sneeze for 1.5 seconds

Polar: Polar blinks vertically into the air like a ninja, if there is an enemy between the way, polar stops where the enemy is and attacks him

Unique upgrade:

Bear like rolls (level 8): when you knock an enemy, the bear will automaticaly change, but this will make the next special side empowered
Panda has an instant suit, polar gives one empowered buff effect and grizzly makes "dont bother me" require 3 less hits

We love miki-chan (level 10): Grizzly and polar are benefited with the air attack of panda too

More Original characters:

X- A Martial Artist who has his own fighting style that mixes 4 fighting styles, Capoeira, Drunken Fist, Wing Chun, and Muay Thai.

Since it’s a Martial Artist it would be a bruiser, and hybrid.

It’s neutral special would be like Shulk and you would choose. You could choose. I can see good combos for people with good reflexes to change fighting styles for combos.

He would look like a ripped dark skin with abs, With butterfly visors (like Kamina from Gurren Lagann) that cover his eyes, his left eye would be gold, his right would be red. He would have twist dreads for hair. His pants would be the black and have flames and lightning bolts on it

His taunt would be him writing “Get on my level” in Kanji

His victory animation would him doing a bunch of different flip things into a split then a bow.
