I've lost skins that I never got back, the constant lag and server issue are unbearable, and the gameplay overall has been broken since the new release.

They had every chance to succeed but prioritized the cash grab over players.

FR, there was heart in the actual characters with the moveset designs and callbacks. Getting returning VA's including the late Kevin Conroy.

Tom & Jerry's whole design is one of the most creative ideas for a fighting game character I've seen.

Shame the grind was absolutely abysmal for new players. They should have just had the roster be more readily available to start out, that was a huge downside for anyone new trying it out.

Fastest way to get "Win X matchmade games (the throne is yours)":

• if you also need party animal, queue up with someone. I was queued with someone on my friend's list, but not sure if this matters or not.
• queue for casuals. you'll play against bots (this counts). if you can coordinate with your teammate, play as taz and raven. lure both bots to an edge. raven should spam that horizontal beam at the edge, and taz should jump and spam the tornado/cloud of smoke to follow up with any extra knockback needed. raven should be getting KOs around 50 health, depending on the map.
• our matches were around 45 seconds each once we got the rhythm of raven/taz down
• i don't know if rematches count as individual wins. my tracker was off when i was working on this achievement, and there's a chance that this was due to rematches only counting as one win (a 4-0 series counts as 1). to be safe, just requeue unless you wanna take the risk and figure this out for others.
• use tracker.gg to see your progress. the "wins" on your career are not accurate for this achievement. i don't know what does and doesn't count, but i got this achievement playing casuals with bots, so im pretty sure that's safe (and it's the quickest, anyway)

Fastest way to get "Play X matches in a party (party animal)":

• queue up with someone. I was queued with someone on my friend's list, but not sure if this matters or not.
• queue for casuals. you'll play against bots. pick a faster character (not a tank), and jump off the edge. should take 10 seconds per match.
• for this one, i think rematches count towards the trophy, but i'm not certain about this.

for both of these achievements, i'm pretty sure that matches/wins from the beta don't count. it seems that beta stats for other achievements (projectile ringouts, spikes) do count, though.

seems like beta stats for other achievements (projectile ringouts, spikes, etc.) count beyond beta, but for wins i don't think so. for wins, my career page (which counts beta games) was at 432 before "300 wins" popped for me. for party matches, i've only played in parties in season 4, and tracker.gg showed 480 matches (which are all party matches for me) when Party Animal popped. i played probably about 100 party matches in beta, so i think it would've popped earlier if those counted. not sure though, these achievements all seem really buggy for some

Loved this game since beta, was the only fighting genre title I could have fun with. Thank you to @crude shoal and team for all the hard work and love you put into this

I always whined about the balancing like everyone else but truly nothing else could scratch the multi itch for me. I like how they tried to do something different, if only there were more tournaments with prize pools to build hype or something

Maybe someday there will be a local somewhere for a bit of a revival, who knows. Especially if @balmy sedge and the whole crew go I would make the trip.

I’ll never forget this game and the hype shenanigans, gonna miss everything so much. Ik this isn’t the place to vent ig but I’m sure a lot of us feel this way. Goodbye for now.
