Looney tends to be dangerous for even the person taxing without some cracked out gems so it's pretty often for them to die unless they have a teammate on their level.

the stevens are constantly armored, thats why they dont flinch when you hit them, those purple moves break armor so you can stagger them, it doesnt do any more damage
