The strat is to play as Morty, go offstage, and as soon as Megalodog starts his diving animation, use his up special and just stay on the car (his up special) and take the stock.

If it works, Megalodog should be rungout through the top of the stage.

If you're asking about the Morty car strat, it's just going off stage and then using Morty's up B right as Megalodog starts to dive. That should carry him into the top blast zone, though I think in co-op, both players would need to be on the car.
