I think parsec can let other users use keyboard, I think there is an option for that, could be wrong
and you can let multiversus use multiple keyboards via the steam launch options with "-multikeyboard"
for some reason when I did parsec, even as host it wouldn't let me do keyboard but when I put that on the steam it let me be player one again, weird but it worked out pft

Like I know Shareplay lets someone else take over your game so that they can play alone, but can you BOTH play at the same time?

You (the host) invite a friend and share your screen, if given permission the friend plugs in a controller that can remotely control your game
So if you both have controllers connected (one via Shareplay), you can start a local match

Fairly simple. Pretty much just add a friend and request to join his PC.
In the friends tab you can send a friend request to a user. Once added, his device will appear on the home page. Press the connect button to send a join request. He'll be notified and will have to manually accept your request.
Once connected, you should be able to send controller inputs. So if your controller is plugged in you should be good to go. Keyboard/mouse permissions must be manually enabled by the host.
