I had the PIE debug login error for a long time, Eventually I got it fixed by going to %localappdata% saved folder, and deleting web cache, then I uninstalled the game, go to C:\Users\(your user name here)\AppData\Local and delete the multiversus folder, create a WB account on the official website, link your WB account to your steam or epic game account, turn off windows defender, ONLY AFTER ALL THOSE STEPS reinstall the game (make sure there is no run as administrator or compatibility, this will make anti-cheat fail) then it should prompt you to re-enter your age like a first time start up, and instead of saying no account it will either give you a link to link your WB account or it will work now (you can turn on windows defender again after the game lets you log in)

Hi, I have a problem, when I open multiversus I get a lost connection error, but when I use a vpn the game works but it becomes very laggy and kicks me out of the server sometimes, but when I had closed alpha it used to work just fine, any fix?

Accidentally clicked on a Gleamium transaction and canceled it (Steam), then the game said i got the reward even without buying anything.

It seems that Batman's Batarang can apply the Bat-Bomb if you have one active on Batman when the Batarang hits. It's a small window where you've got to throw the batarang, and then before it hits anything, activate the Bat-Bomb. I've reported this bug on the bug report website with the id of MVS-1-2254

I went into some kind of glitch. I was starting a 2v2, and then it turned into a 1v1. My partner is invisible and my opponent 's partner is nowhere to be hit anywhere. After the match ends, the opponent's partner is missing in the match results. I even took a picture of what just happened.

Are server issues being addressed in the Season 1 patch? The game becomes unplayable on PS5 at times even with great internet on a Ethernet connection. Happens for my friends too. Think it's because North America is one big server region, and there's increased traffic with all the new players.

I can't send images here, but the badge for the AMOUNT OF MAXED CHARACTERS, does not include characters that have leveled up beyond level 15.

Shaggy and Lebron are above level 15, 22 and 16 respectively, and I am sure those two are not counting for the badge. I have 12 maxed characters, but the badge says I only have 10.

The game is bugged. Im running out of normal arials every other match. As in, normal side arial, normal down arial. I get the sound cue that says I cant do anything. Its rage inducing. Tom also keeps shooting Jerry the wrong direction, whos bright Idea was it to make it so that you cant aim left to right. He appears to aim one direction, then fires jerry in the other direction.

People were saying I was crazy because I was saying MMR is bugged, but it's still bugged. I literally played a couple hours as Iron Giant the first day, I've been playing Superman for weeks. It's still showing Iron Giant.

Also, I have a 90% recent winrate (in-game) and an 85% winrate (my own numbers) as Superman. There's 0% chance Iron Giant is my most played, or highest MMR character right now, lol. Not to mention, I'm for some reason extremely bad rank with Superman, and ranking is saying I'm one of the top Tom & Jerry players (TRUST ME, I'm not).

I have a 95% win rate over the past 50 matches. I lose like 1 in 20, and I'm dropping places.

A win only gains 1 mmr about 50% of the time (the others it gives nothing), whereas a loss takes about 50. It doesn't seem to change depending on the rank of the player i fight

I am playing multiversus on Xbox series S and I'm having an issue with the current battle pass. Afew weeks ago I used a premium token to unlock the battle pass, about a day later it said on my account that I haven't got access to it, I thought nothing of it and saw that that I still had X1 premium token. When I completed the battle pass I tried again to unlock the premium battle pass, it comes up with the items I unlocked but when I tried to access those items I am unable to do so and still shows me that I have x1 premium token.
What do I do as I want to unlock these items before Season 1 starts

Just found a bug on PC, I'm using an Xbox controller and I hit one of the directions on the d pad to taunt as Iron Giant. Instead of doing the taunt I wanted, IG started doing the "tease" taunt that's in the battle pass right now even though I don't have premium and I haven't even passed tier one on the pass yet (so I don't own the "tease" IG taunt)

Hey, I don't know if it's a common bug, but since the beginning I've been having big problems with bugs and teleportation, as if I had connection problems. My ping is at 6 constant, I have fiber optic and on all other online games I play I have no connection problems, I reinstalled the game three times, change the disk, change the graphics ... My fps curve is constant and my pc has 10 times the power of the recommended configuration.
My pc has an updated version of windows 10. The drivers are too. If someone could help me, I would be very grateful !

Cromulons sound bugs are getting worse, first people are hearing it too loud, and after the last patch now I got no sound other then announcer and music... I'll update this when I get the stage again if it was just a random once in a while or every time... So far happened only once with 2 runs

I have a bug with Arya Stark. Arya throws her dagger leaving the dagger on the character. The character dies but still respawns with the dagger. You should probably fix that or then I'm not sure if it's meant to be like that, don't think so. Anyhoo, the PFG/WB team should fix that. You can try it now but don't do it cuz it's bug abuse.

i bought the open season battle pass and to my surprise i wake up with the news that season 1 starts today, and TO MY SURPRISE i dont see the opening battle pass that i paid for and was on the last level just 514 medals shy away to get the legendary jake cake variant.
it never said on the game or social media that the battle pass would be limited time EVEN IF YOU PAID FOR IT, i thought "if it doesnt have a timer it must be like other game´s battlepasses that has no time limit if you paid for it"

-the hitboxes show up as black cylinder on the forward attack, and sometimes on the cannonball
