Hello, I believe the rank system is doing good as of now tho i believe the rewards are lack luster, it would give more of an incentive to play ranked if the character you got to masters got a skin. The whole idea you have to try really hard to get into masters and then get a skin for a character you may not like at all seems barely worth it. i believe if you get masters rank you should get a rank skin for that character

I feel like something needs to be done about matchmaking. My friend and I are casual players that just want to enjoy some downtime after a hard day at work. But with the state of toxicity and the sweats both in and out of Ranked is making it legitimately not fun. If you are playing without ranked, mmr doesn't exist. You're playing random. In ranked, ur playing against ur own mmr and everyone wants to climb upwards to be better on the ranks, ofc people will sweat. You're playing a fighting game man. Its just how a game in this genre is played. If you don't sweat, you don't improve, thats just what it comes down to.

The changes in platform sizes is nice but I enjoyed the speakers on cromulons, the walls and changing layout on throne room, and the top platforms on water tower. Could we get a ranked Variants pathway. Where we select the fighter we want ranked variants for. This would help include older fighters and also be able to obtain missed seasonal one, and if you didnt get high enought rank you can select the fighter again next season. And I found out PPG have an 0 to deathcombo with Blossom. Great. This is like early Joker, and Fin all over again. Blossom can basically fly you upwards easily with her attacks, using the frost and an uppercut after, but you can spam these two until knocked out. And if done correctly, you can't DI out of it. It kills with an end damage of 30

Lebron also has a loop that breaks Ground Tech, making it useless. He can do it infinitely. I actually still don't see why they felt the need to buff him. I SEE 3 BASKETBALLS in the map and he is doing an infinite loop to get me to 90 in 10 seconds. By the end with all the knock backs all aiming more downwards, at 90 it fully kills me at the edge. Literally NOTHING I can do about it. 2 matches he was doing the same. At the last knockout I just gave up and decided to leave cause this is unbearable.

Ok I've played the game more today and played other characters. Most other characters feel fine, Harley still feels good to play.

However I strongly stand by my assessment that your speed changes to Velma, COMPLETELY destroyed her. Velma was extremely nerfed this update. She struggles immensely to close the distance with enemies now, which is really bad because she has very very small hitboxes that requires you to be right up on your enemies face. Well she can't get up in her enemies face anymore, because you made her side air have SUPER SLOW momentum. The change you did to make her side air faster when you dodge, only made the side air be as fast as it was before last update when you waste a dodge on it. You basically nerfed her to only be able to be fast when wasting dodges, and that means she's no longer good at evading attacks because she has to waste dodge meter to make her normal attacks not awful.

PLEASE revert the changes you did to Velma, at least all the changes you did to her side air. This was one of her strongest attacks, and Velma was NOT a strong fighter before this update either. She was bad before this update, she is ABYSSMAL now.

Yeah my thoughts too. I felt her momentum changes made it MUCH harder to get close to the enemy with her sair, and this is also in part because the sair and most of her attacks have SUCH small hitboxes compared to other fighters

And yeah her camera doesn't work unless you're literally touching the enemy, and at that point it's basically reliant on your enemy not being skilled enough to react with any attack to cancel you

and it's not an instant attack either

Your argument is that a mage has too many projectiles, when that's literally the point of a mage... And the fix is to give characters a move that either negates all projectiles (including staples like Marvins rocket or Jerry) which is part of their only ways to damage the opponent as they don't specialize in physical fighting. (Bugs excluded) That makes no sense.

Im not saying don't give characters projectile defensive options, but don't make it like Finn or Black Adam who can just stop someone like Marvin in his tracks

I love that they solidified agents Smith as the combo heavy bruiser.
But I don't know what they did, but he feels so sluggish and clucky going into links, and his air dash momentum is like I'm being tied by a ball and chain.

(This is some feedback on my issues with the dash attack input and a possible solution for it)

I'm ngl, having to double tab the left stick to dash attack is a little counterintuitive in my opinion. It just doesn't feel right and I feel like there should be more options, such as assigning dash attack to a button or flicking both left and right sticks in the same direction to commence a dash attack (like in Smash Bros.)

It gets a bit tedious to do at times and depending on the character, feels clunky and unresponsive. I think this would be decent QoL addition. This also would help prevent my controllers from getting left stick drift 😭 (yes this is a problem I have bc of this)

You know, PPG is yet another character in which the "silence" debuff is completely worthless to
use against. They don't have any moves with cooldowns so it does nothing.

Either this debuff should just be removed from the game because it's to niche and situational in it's usefulness, or it should be reworked to actually to have to be generally effective no matter who you're fighting (like how the other debuffs in the game are).

The things I want in lebron is:

1. Consistent aerial combos: Nair into up air is mostly true but things like nb sair into jab isn’t always true or nair into sair also isn’t true and nb nair into up air only sometimes works so I’d like that to be more consistent.

2. Dmg buff: in general just a dmg buff to a lot of his moves especially things like dunk (ball side special) should deal enough dmg to one shot jerry at least but it doesn’t.

3. Expand combo routes: maybe add a unique character effect where Lebron gets an additional ground bounce before a tech as a passive. Also add more aerial based combos for unique expression.

4. More reliable stray kill moves: a lot of the time bron relies on setup into up air which can be predictable and adapted towards so one thing I suggest is to bring old dunk back in some manner so you can punish an option and guarantee a kill.

5. Frame 1 D-fence (nb down special): the point of this move was to counter zoners to some degree. Obviously the original down side was you could only absorb one projectile at a time. However, since release this move gained starting lag so now the problem is you can’t react to projectiles anymore. This makes it utterly useless because unless the projectile is moving extremely slow you can’t really make use of the move. And there are many unreactable projectiles in this game like jokers card that I just have to dodge instead of using the move to counter the one thing it now can’t counter. You can keep the end/ whiff lag but remove starting lag.

6. Smoke rework (nb up special): this one is less of a requirement for him to be good but more of itd be cool. The idea I have for this is the smoke is on a cooldown system (could be ammo based) the move would be extremely fast and safe and would be active for a second or 2 longer after lebron is out of end lag for the move making it a zone control kind of move that could be used to effectively anti air and can combo off of.
