please, show Rick some love... the Whip has the thinnest hitbox in the game and only hits vertically, lots of characters can simply walk under his pistol shots and all of his combos are super inconsistent: even the third hit of the combo, the missile, misses a lot of the times... portal combo is inconsistent af, especially considering how long the cooldown is, and the ski combo too, not to mention that his dash attack has a "Plasma Wall" that doesn't block anything, and even his dash attack with perk to break armor doesn't break Bugs safe, which sucks because he has no natural armor breaker... His dash attack doesn't even kill Jerry, wtf!

In the Lebron node of the agent smith rift, it says to ring out an opponent at the bottom blast zone, but the map is the space jam map, which has no bottom blast zone

The devs are definitely responsible. One of the missions has an objective to ring someone out on the bottom of a map that doesn't have a bottom. The devs worked on the UI for rifts and it would take 1 to say "we should add a retry button" and take the five minutes it probably took to do it. I get they don't make all the decisions, but they are the ones developing the game, and many of the poor design choices are theirs to own. A game this bad isn't "just the industry right now" plenty of f2p games with decent devs are doing great and are fun despite terrible monetization practices.

Rick needs his normals buffed, just the range would be fine. My dair doesn't connect even though I'm on top of the opponent, my jab doesn't connect or gets beaten by every single character, if they're a fraction above me my jab whiff and clips through them. My dash is slow and easy to punish. My gun takes too long to charge considering literally everyone can walk under it with no threat.

Rick's combos are fine for the most part but his approach options are non existent. I have to wait for the opponent to whiff and even then my attacks are so slow and have so much endlag they can just dodge and ill be the one getting comboed 😭

ALL of his combos are inconsistent... even jab, jab, jab doesn't land half of the times, the ski combo doesn't land half of the times (either the enemy is a tiny bit in the air and it doesn't hit or it lets people simply dodge out of it), the portal combo most of the times doesn't push the enemy through the portal or puts it behind you so you miss your combo

his dash has a PLASMA WALL that doesn't block any projectiles, he doesn't have any natural armor breaker, and when he uses the perk to break armors with dash, it takes distance and a whole second before it activates the armor breaker

I'm confused on how shaggy kick and attack priority/armor interact, does armor have a threshold that can be broken by a large amount of knock back without an armor breaker or a follow up and how does this kick supersede most other melee attacks? I've played against many a shaggy at this point and while it's not too big an issue I've had time to try all sorts of things against his side special, as Superman I'm curious why an armored heavy attack can't absorb the kick then be released, the kick simply breaks armor and applies knockback first and most other melee attacks that trade with kick just flat out lose and don't do damage on contact

PFG, why do you have a different Codebase for local Play, Training and online Play?

While online and Training are the Same, some moves in local Play Like aryas jab have different properties which makes Combos Like jab - facesteal - jab consistently possible. This is Not the Case when playing online.

I dont know what other incosistencies there are between local and online but you should make it have the Same Codebase

If you make a Change to a Character then that should be a Universal Change. Having seperate "Versions" could have the possibility of forgetting changing Things on local or online that are already Changed in the other "Version"

Aryas Dash jab being inconsistent for comboing is probably a Bug that was Put into the online/Training Version on accident, but the Change that caused this was Not Made in the local Play Version

Probably every Character is effected in some way by this

If your Character has a Combo that feels it would need Like a Few frames more hitstun online or in Training, try to get someone who is able to Mash Dodge as Player 2 and try the Combo

I love this game but can we please get FFA turned to stocks instead of this rush to 4. I was looking forward to FFA getting released more than any ppv mode including ranked and somehow it’s the least fun I’ve ever had playing a platform fighter. You ignore everything and just let yourself get ring out even since it doesn’t matter and try to steal kills to get the 4th. It’s not fun at all and I already dread seeing the quests.

It’s not as cool when you think about it. One of them, you pay a set amount of money and you get most characters in the game. There is a very little grind process into getting all of them. Some dlc characters came after which can be payed for. $5 usd each. You get all skins with the character when you unlock one. In Fortnite, the only skill gap is playing the game. Not playing a character. And some rng.You can buy skins and SOME of them you have to grind to get. And for SOME others there’s challenges that comes with to actually get, which are very easy to get. In multiversus, playing a good character means you’ll will more often. The skill floor is extremely low. All you gotta do is look up one Nakat video on how to play neutral, and one video on combos on the best character in the game and you just win. Every character is combo heavy or has great kill power. Or both. Damage is ab the same. Combos are “I’m gonna loop you then hit you with a strong move/ladder you”. There are other games that have a much better currency system like Brawl. Much easier to get characters. And it doesn’t force you to do challenges with specific skins or characters. Or needing to have friends. And the game doesn’t feel quite finished although it’s an alpha. That’s another story tho

What do bugs have to do with what I was complaining about? I see very few bugs after the first week in this game. It’s not a bug causing it to be first to 4 instead of stock lives for ffa. They purposely chose it because they were too worried about being compared to Smash. I get what they were going for trying to be like hey if we make it first to 4, it will be like more aggressive and fun. But it messed up the incentives. You have no reason to defend or do anything really. Just try to steal kills. It’s not fun. But it has nothing to do with bugs. The game is pretty bug free these days.

The fact experienced difficulty is only exclusive to early season rifts is kinda a terrible idea, especially with the idea of events requiring to beat rifts and it just forces people to struggle in crushing and grind their heart out for gem xp or just pay your way there. And again, Joker costing double the character currency is still bonkers.

I think the rift map should be open after 1 clear

Then you could go to any node you beat, and character restrictions should be removed on subsequent runs, even on higher difficulties

And clearing a higher difficulty should complete the nodes on all lower difficulties, too

small feedback on Agent Smith, teammates absorbing your agent summons is really frustrating and makes them not worth using a lot of the time
