Characters that need a nerf: Banana Guard, Black Adam, Wonder Woman, Shaggy, and Bugs.

I think NO characters should be able to spam, there should be a longer cooldown for shields, banana guard side special needs cooldown and knockback reduction, bugs safe needs to be more consistent when it comes to trajectory speed because sometimes it's slow as hell and other times is fast as hell which makes it nearly impossible to predict to dodge. Shaggy kick needs damage reduction, distance lowered, and a tiny cooldown. Not even sure where to begin with Black Adam the whole moveset design is just straight up terrible. And lastly they need to fix hitboxes, sometimes attacks hit that definitely shouldn't, and sometimes attacks don't hit that definitely should.

I've said this before but i'll say it here case it gets seen i like this game but its just frustrating. it doesn't let me engage with it more. Rifts go from oo easy to really hard with no inbetween. getting fighter currency and perk currency is just so annoying why do i have to buy the same perk on all the characters all the time. I can't play all the characters i want cause i'm broke but i also think 10 dollars for a fighting game character is outrageous. when the game already saids give me 10 dollars so i can enjoy actual cosmetics and skins and have access to missions. Which works when you Earn things from an event, but doesn't work so good with purchasing, as you've seen.

Feel like if you buy something with gleamium, and it gives Prestige, you should get the gleamium you spent as bonus Prestige.

Townsville stage is horrible. It’s one of the stages that changes the hit box and frames to fit a large stage in the whole shot. Also Finn is trash this time around. You have to work to hard for any reward. You took his gem and game him crappy moves to replace. Finn speed is slow compared to some tanks and that’s off. If you read the Finn thread you will see a lot of the same complaints. Finn is an “assassin” make him do some assassin stuff.

Missions especially weekly missions shouldn't be overlapping because A. it feels really lazy on the game devs part & B. now I'm stuck with 3 joker bazooka missions bc I don't want to play/buy a 20 dollar characters because he doesn't interest me but it really come off as "Buy the premium character so we don't lose our jobs vibes."

I get having characters you don't own for a missions since it's fair and a understandable push to go and try out a variety of other characters from the shop that you like but it should be diverse and varied like every other F2P game out there imo. It feels like a bug but hopefully it isn't intentional game design bc it feels like bad game design if it is evening from a promotional greed front.

A Better Example of mission diversity while still gatekeeping characters to play like:

1. Use A Joker Bazooka.
2. Play as a Steven Universe Character.
3. Play as a Bruiser and get 10 projectile knockouts with them.

All of which would be limiting your character selection for the mission but it's more likely for people to complete at least 1/3 missions compared 0/3 missions for the week. (Especially due to how the battle pass grind feels very tight already & I want that Wedding Steven) 🙏 🙏

Best solution I see would be to make rift missions that require certain character let you play that character even if you don't have him, that way rifts wouldn't be "p2w" and also u could complete joker weekly.
Or maybe only give character-specific weeklies that match the current character rotation...

The higher difficulties have a minimum average gem level. Cushing has a minimum gem level of 4, so if your gems are lower than that, you won't do as much damage, knockback, etc.

I feel like it would be a better idea if rifts were released every 2-3 weeks (At least for Season 1/2) since then they could focus their priorities on stabilizing the game a bit better. Granted I don't think we know if the people who are designing the levels for the rifts are working for the character balance. (rip credits)

I do think the priorities are a bit messy rn overall for the team since they want to keep bringing out content right away like they did with the beta instead of letting it cook which will leave them pretty dry or overall burnt out on the content they're making for the future. It just feels off.

I'm glad they're letting ranked cook for a bit instead of dropping it in a unfinished & in a easily breakable state.

Also I think having more characters from the start would make the game way more palatable with the monetization practices this game uses.

At bare minimum I feel like 6 characters would be good to have right off the bat. Preferably I would give us the original 12 fighters from the alpha minus Reindog who can be bought with the fighter currency. (the others can be unlocked via a starter battlepass that lasts forever) for the other fighters post alpha they will still be regulated to the fighter currency with them being 3,000 to buy.
However some (Not all of the post beta characters like Taz & Rick will still be at the start at Day 1 of launch to be bought) characters will be unavailable so they could drip feed the remaining fighters throughout Season 1/2 getting reworks to their kits and such for better balancing. (Joker, Banana Guard, & Jason would all be apart of relaunch day 1 though with Agent Smith being late Season 1 or pushed back into Season 2)

Note: This is a first draft idea and would love other people to build upon this idea if they so wished.

I am referring to events such as so far: "Joker's Ruse" and "Team Batman Vs Team Joker"

These events each have Special Event XP tied to four milestones wich are earned by obtaining an specified amount of Side Event XP from the daily Side Event Missions. PFG, would you please add the visible totals earned/needed to each of the milestones in Specials Events with Side Event XP tracks. The abbritray progress bars without any indication of meaning is both frustrating and concerning.

We should have the totals. If we have to miss out on a day or so of play, we should know how much that might hinder us.

While MVS was initially promoted as a 2v2, it's clear that there's a large percentage who simply play 1v1 or 2v2 only. The inclusion of Daily and Weekly Missions for the Battle Pass which force players to play in both formats is unfair. (For example: I have over similuation issues, I literally cannot do 2v2. Unless you plan to remove Bug's Safes, Bug's Rockets, Steven's Shields,Steven's Watermeleon, etc. Too much on screen. Its just stobing lights.)

For many of us, it would be appreciated if we could receive an option to block either 1v1 OR 2v2 required Missions from appear. If you don't want to provide a full control for players, at very least add an option where players can set a preference for either 1v1 OR 2v2 and allow them to re-roll those types of Daily Missions. (I imagine many would also like a Re-Roll option for Dailies and Weekies for Character specifics if the game detects someone has no valid Characters. We understand this in the Event specific stuff and Rifts but less so in the Battle Pass. The Premium Battle Pass is something we paid for.)

One last aspect tied to this: would you please REMOVE the "RECOMMENDED" flag from the mode selection?
