Attack decay needs to be buffed heavily imo. If you really want to stop spamming it'd be ideal for the attack decay to slow down attacks in a significant manner. For example: If a Jake is consistently using his long ranged arm attack and gets debuffed by attack decay, it should take noticeably longer for him to throw out the attack so the other player can capitalize on his spamming instead of there being little to no attack speed decrease, and the Jake still being able to consistently spam and land this attack.

I feel like the biggest problem so far with this game is the amount of spam that characters are able to do. I think some characters need to have either cool down or just more endlag to some moves so they can't really spam them, specifically Finn and shaggy. Shaggy side b spam and Finn up b spam is very dumb.

I understand it's an open beta but the hitboxes are genuinely awful. Some characters like Arya have like paper thin hitboxes on some of her attacks whereas there's characters like Finn and Superman that may as well cover 360 degrees of their own body with high range too. It's so dumb

My biggest issues are
-Fix the hit boxes and balancing, characters like Steven have borderline 0 range with their hit boxes where other characters can hit in front of them and somehow have a hit box at every angel
-refine the rollback
-add a spawn platform so I’m not getting immediately spawn attacked
-add a dash neutral, it’s weird the game doesn’t already have that
-add more diverse stages, maybe even moving stages, the same setup gets tiring
-take out the weird foggy out-of-bounds barriers, it’s very nasty looking and has been making it harder for me to tell when someone will ACTUALLY die
-add a coop smash run mode, self indulgent but I think it’d fit the game perfect
-add a For Glory/For Fun separation in 1v1
-make it so Free For All has stock mode

When you think Tank you think slow and hard hitting. In pretty much any game that's their role. Any game with the classification of assassin usually has their characters as these fast, not as hard hitting attacks but rely on their combos to build up said damage. Either way the hard hits and combos should be equalised so that's fine, but the speed and weight is what I can't wrap my head around

Jake's attack where he turns into the house/boat, I think it's his down special, needs a time limit or momentum requirement. He can just sit on the ledge as a house and make it impossible for you to come back up as long as he wants. Or, if it is on a timer that I just didn't see, the timer needs to be much shorter.

On the old-gen consoles only 4 maps (Batcave, Baumhaus, Scooby doo and Rick & Morty) run in 60 FPS, all others only in MAXIMUM 30 FPS (even the training map)

I mean I don't mind but there isn't enough challenges lol. August 1st, lvl 14 BP, have completed all milestones and daily challenges every day since beta opened. So while I will have it completed before end date August 8th, the missions being limited to 6 a day beyond the milestones makes missing a few days potentially irreversable without grinding out 100s of matches last minute on a non-challenge BP XP cap. I don't know what that cap is but currently I don't seem to get more than 10 BP XP per win outside of challenges/missions/milestones completions.

It’s a great game. You get to play characters from warner bros and Cartoon Network. What’s also good is the stages. The backgrounds and levels look beautiful. It’s also genius to put level ups and perks for them. It’s zany and fun when the fight starts. All in all this game is well made and beautiful.

Projectiles in this game just feel a little too strong, every projectile in this game(or most of them at least) feel super overtuned. A great example of this is literally every single projectile bugs has, almost all of them have to be dodged. You can't outright beat them with moves, or clank with them. It just seems like every projectile in the game has more priority than it should

It would be just AWESOME if you could do character specific languages. For instance, the dub for Bugs Bunny and Superman in my country (Brazil) is adored, but at the same time, Lebron, Garnet, Shaggy, Rick (soon) i would much rather hear their original voices!

a ton of hitboxes just aren't the same size they should be, basically ever move with a hammer is about double the size the animation of the move would tell you. But then there's just characters like lebron that have completely normal hitboxes that's animations are completely true

There should be a "recommended" character for each role that's arguably the easiest to play from that role.

Right now there's Shaggy for Bruisers
WW for tanks

I suggest Finn, Velma, and Bugs also be moved to the recommended category to help newer players try out different playstyles for a slightly lower price.

Therefore, there's also no need to have Taz and Garnet at the 1500 price point as Shaggy is already a "recommended" bruiser.

I said this before and I’ll say it again. Personally feel we need better 1 v 1 maps. I heard ranked was gonna get released after EVO. If this is going to happen please at least have it to where you have good maps for 1 v 1s like smash. Batcave and scooby mansion are the worst 1 v 1 maps imaginable. Scooby mansions blast zone is literally right next to you and that gives characters with high knockback to kill you very early and batcave people hide behind smoke so I can’t see what they are doing

I personally dont have an issue with the balancing. I've seen games force balance before (looking at you ubisoft) and I think its fine the way it is. maybe there can be some knockback adjusting with someone like shaggy without his power boost but overall its fine.

I am loving this game! It has so much potential and the devs are doing awesome. Only one real gripe is some cosmetics are a little overpriced. Specifically skins, emotes and ringouts. I know you guys gotta make your money to keep the game alive but I think you'd get more people to buy in if the prices for those cosmetics are a little lower. I have 8 friends who are also playing and are saying the same thing.
