OK so I played a little bit of the beta way back when. And I mean A LITTLE BIT. Like maybe a a week or 2. Back then I wasn't that interested in the game so when it finally came back I didn't play it or even really see anything about it. Fast forward a week before now and I decided to just give the game a shot because I hear Samurai Jack is coming. And when I log in I got the Battlepass for free??? Even tho I only have a week to complete it??? At first I didn't care like I said I wasn't really interested in the game. But as I started playing I'm liking it more and more so I finally decided I want to complete the pass. But I only have like 3 days left.

Its the last day and I've been grinding the CRAP outta this game. I've spent about 20 bucks and the free gleamium you get from the pass to buy some tiers so I'm at lvl 60ish. I've also been doing rifts to unlock Smith but crushing is incredibly annoying (I do like 4 damage per hit while enemies do like 15) I don't really want to sink anymore money into the game rn so am I boned you guys? Do I get next battlepass free? Is it worth it to even unlock Agent Smith at this point. And is the Batman Who Laughs skin gonna be gone after today (I have like 75,000 Prestige Points. I DO want that skin lol)?

Can someone help me understand dodges?

I can complete a combo knocking someone into the air and any follow-up is dodged 90% with no apparent dodge by the other person, it really ruins executing a nice combo that should result in a ringout. When it's the other way round I struggle dodge out of any combo regardless of timing or if I try spamming. The same could be said for a lot of combos.
Another scenario is side dodges, regardless of whether I anticipate where someone is going with a dodge, they just glide on through as if it was nothing. If the roles are reversed I seem to start the dodge animation but am always caught.

Is this just netcode and the server deciding positioning or am I missing something?

You need 20 unique rifts, can't just replay them on easy

Then you can't get Agent Smith. You need 3 gems of each type at level 7 or higher

So you can access the higher difficulties
