If I were to guess? She has the Shield and Sword in the current DCEU Movies. Probably a required brand synergy move. Same can be seen in something like LEGO DC Supervillains, and Brand Synergy is likely the reason we got, for example, Black Adam in the game.

(Not that Black Adam doesn't deserve a roster spot btw, it's just that he's one of the later characters you'd want added to the game once we'd gotten all the 'core' picks like Marceline, Green Lantern, etc.)
