This is a true combo, lands no matter what and does 33 base dmg (with no perks), should do more with perks.

You'd have to unlock training for said character, then train that perk for the character.

No. All the perks you unlock are on a per-character basis

Though if you do own a perk on one character it costs less to unlock on another

So if there's a perk you're looking to buy and you want to save gold, see if it's in another's rewards list. If so, unlock it there first (granted you have access to that character) and then buy it for the reduced amount (from 150 to 100)

You combine the first letter of the direction with the name of the type of move. Tilt is for normal attacks on the ground, air is for normal attacks in the air. So a dtilt is a downwards attack on the ground, a fair/sair is a forwards/sideways attack in the air etc.
Sometimes people just say "B" instead of special (because that's the special button in Smash games) so they may say up B instead of up special.
A recovery move is any move that helps a character get back onto the stage after they got knocked off such as shaggy side special or harley up special.
