Ok I played 1v1 bots with reindog, basically do whatever you want till around 100% then stand near the edge, when the bot comes at you jump over and spam the side attack 3 hit combo, then IMMEDIATELY start mashing for the neutral attack (the ball). For some reason the angle of the attack and the angle the ball comes out of are perfect they will 100% die at >120% but you can just keep spamming the ball and they'll eventually KO

as far as landing hits consistently it mostly just comes down to time and learning how to read opponents, at least from my experience

dodge speed is litterally the speed the dodge goes at so you'll spend less time waiting for it to end

you can dodge quite frequently to try and get close or dodge an enemy and counterattack them but becareful you don't run outta recovery options

about being juggled it's very much a case by case basis on if you should go into the air or not

if you want more movement you should run the perk "aerial acrobat" as it is by far the best movement perk in the game
