As I said, apparently they do give you all the skins for free. But they are only for rifts, and they don't appear for every mission. Only certain missions give you skins. And even then, the amount of skins you can get vary from mission to mission

Yup, also the glitch seems to have something against the Powerpuff Girls, cause I haven't been able to find a mission the all the Powerpuff Girls skins in it, or any at all. The only mission that does have a skin is apparently in the first rift of Season 5, and it's only a love skin that they never released for the Powerpuff Girls before.

They closed up shop for a year, even after people purchased the Early Access to the game, which then they tried to market as a beta to justify them shutting down the servers for a year. Then they re-released the game last year and then 6 months in they canceled all development on it because again terrible player numbers

Some, I don't know if I have any that are missing though. I messed with them a little, but they seemed to have ditched the naming convention on some things making them annoying to find, espeically things that were added later.

I could probably make some good guesses, but I haven't tried yet.

Yah we are experiencing that a lot. its why we dont bother with profile pictures or banners but we want to try to get every emote

right now we have pretty high certainty we have all skins and voice packs that are playable in the game

despite having a skin code hypergalactic ppg wasnt usable even when put in the inventory

so we assume similar is true for incomplete skins or ones that didnt make it to rift like farmer steven

Has every numerical ID for every character skin been tested yet? Not that that would cover every skin since I found some skins that stray from the naming convention.

We have all skins listed in a google sheet. we didnt shoot for ones that werent already available for use in rifts because of the aforementioned ppg issue. some skins despite being in the game arent usable even if you put them in the inventory file. Like for example Jason's black and red model from his boss rifts even if you put it in the hydra inventory wont become usable on his skin list

If you actually managed to find an unlisted skin that ends up usable when you put it in the inventory let me know though. that would open A LOT of possibilities

I found some that I think are unused actually, but I'll need to verify that they really weren't. I missed some weeks here and there when the game was live so its possible I just missed them and then they followed them up by not including them in the skin list for each character.
