Stacking debuffs that were so bad it basically had all cc removed; id wager a large amount of people have never been frozen or turned into a turkey in the entirety of the relaunch.

Sorry for double ping, just adding onto this. The circumstances of someone buying a new character for $10 vs a skin is very different. If a player HAS to buy Lebron for example for $10 because they want him they are less likely to buy him and keep playing the game. Why? Because they got the game, want to play someone they want and it has a $10 price tag attached already. Buying a skin has more of a guarantee to it.

Gizmo down special does nothing. Velma downspecial is a 15 second freezing puddle that applies 1 stack every second that freezes on the 15th (functionally impossible for it to freeze anybody). Arya down special turns people around and technically breaks armor but so does her side special and perks can do it better.
