Solution is simple. Whole roster is now free, give everyone with tickets gleamium (1000) per ticket. Whenevr a new season happens the new characters are unlockable in a fighter road system or you can pay fc/gleamium. The instant a new season starts, all those characters roll over to the free roster and the cycle repeats with the new characters

Monetization gets focused primarily on skins, up skin production. Make bundles decent and encourage purchases

At the very least that frees up all the time spent on thinking/making new systems to make monetization work. $30 bundles for new characters is actual insanity but whales make it worthwhile
