My strategy for character select is I either select, go gambling for the additional 5, or reroll once and take the random immediately after if nothing good comes up the first time

it’s like looking at your personal race odds

even if it’s some crud like “hey this character has been boosted via costume exp” I just look at all those numbers and one character is just like “look, Heatto, this is probably a character your confident with”

also ngl leaves to some really funny conversations if you got a partner.
