i think the only really broken characters rn are ppg, lola, aquaman and finn, the rest are in a fine spot imo, marvin honestly is really consistent rn theres even more marvins in the top 100 than ricks, mortys and gizmos

To be more specific, tank design is that they have a better time killing with strong stray hits. Like jason has a lot of slower moves that hit like a train, or superman uptilt can just catch someone off guard and decimate them. Contrary to that, iron giant has nothing that fits that description and marcelline has roughly 3/4 moves that fit that. I think the issue with that though is I think marcy is designed around not so long combos and just harder hitting moves

ill be honest, d special is not even remotly a stray hit qualifier, and the bass stance stuff, yeah, but its not that either, none of them are great for poking, but they (bass stance specials) sure do hv a ton of prio
