So with Arya you have a clear advantage over his attack range and speed. Try to space him out with the blade and if you havent learned her combos good, start learning. Shaggy takes alot less work to win with than arya so your gonna need it.

With Arya I feel it‘s better to be aggressive but play just out of reach of the opponent‘s range. Your too light to be slipping up

I do have some advice going against shaggy that are laddering you

Run the perk in the second slot called Broken wings

It can save you against combos and also help you recover back to stage
