Iron Giant has gotten 3 or 4 nerfs so far and they're still scared of fighting a big character just because they're big despite every character in the game being able to easily KO him. Goes to show you how much of a buster newcomers are in FGCs

Exactly. It's his teammates that enable him, the supports/tank supports at least. Almost every single part of his kit has been nerfed, he has the slowest/most punishable attacks in the game, and uses fuel to attack so it's very difficult to actually edge guard people especially because they keep nerfing up-special. Nobody is complaining about that though, they're complaining about 1 singular thing and that's his cannonball (down-special) If you ever noticed, Iron Giant was the best when paired with Velma for gray health, that's not a thing anymore. it's like they just find something about him to hate on

in real matches against other characters that's not Iron Giant, it's usually better to spit them forward at a downwards angle off stage into a side-air attack because you can get the tipper. most of the time it will kill at low % even though it's not a true-combo

it's kinda doable in real matches considering Morty can equip Batman with grenades. Tony said Morty was getting more knockback on grenades. Ever time Batman throws his projectiles while equipped by Morty, Morty's grenades comes out and explode instantly. There is still lots to figure out
