Due to the amount of endlag most of his more hard hitting attacks have try to make him whiff an attack or dodge (More often) and then whiff punish immediately. Most of the time they will use the same few moves and overall isn't too much to worry about if you play against them right.

Read the description of the move, charging it only increases the blast size, the bar decides it's power. It's probably just a high knockback similar to Taz's cloud
