Essentially you have to jump off stage, use down special. Then the moment you’re about to hit the blastzone and die, input down special immediately (it might take a few attempts to do it right). Then you’ll respawn in a way where you can fall through the stage like a ghost, being able to wall cling to the insides of the stage. Using down special again gives you a normal state with the environment, but you’ll permanently dodge all attacks.
Doing this in lab is a little buggier since you can’t actually use down special immediately when you respawn- so you have to wait for the entire cooldown to go by. Online this isn’t the case and you can immediately use down special to stop phasing through the stage.
Hopefully this gets patched sooner than later
