I mean this is just blatantly wrong, she has multiple solid raw kill moves, up smash and the grounded mallet swing(forgot the button) she has a lot of very good set ups involving her sticky bomb, she had very good sharking with up b that can lead into kills, and she is great at creating kill situations with her loops or jack in the box. You’re kind of just ignoring her good qualities in favor of her weaknesses
