thing is there have been hackers in the game before....back when mods were "allowed" (cosmetic client side)
I've seen things like insta cooldown, 0 startup frames end lag and whiff (meaning doing things like in that clip)
when all that came out they stopped "allowing" client side modifications for that reason banning (possible IP bans as well)
this was all back in beta I believe

could be that trying to use those old hacks cause the character to become uncontrollable 🤷‍♂️
