You can totally do the rifts without buying Gems from the store... But it is really hard... Like unfairly difficult at times. I have a compulsion to do the rifts just because I like completing things but honestly it probably is a better idea not to bother. Maybe do them once and then just leave it.

That probably is the best idea, yes. As it stands, there's barely any insentive for people to actually play the game, beyond just doing the daily or weekly missions. They absolutely have to fix it if Multiversus is going to have any hope of surviving, and they really should aim to do it quickly.

Honestly I don't know that the gameplay speed is that big of a deal. It took a brief moment to get used to, but most people seem to be adjusting to it fairly quickly, myself included. Aside from that, I'd say fixing the Battle Pass XP system should be their top priority. It is, after all, the main thing people are likely to be interested in when they play the game. All the visual oddities and pricing quirks are secondary to that, I think.

I just enjoy the process of going through it and making progress. Which is why I hate the current XP system. It feels like I'm not progressing at all... Because I'm not.

When you first get the game, you know how they take you to the website and you connect your account to your console? well during that process i accidentally clicked the option on top which was just a brand new WB account, when i wanted to tap the second option which is my account that was linked to my xbox. That account had lots of progress and other things since i played in the beta. So i went to WB website and unlinked the playstation account from WB and now when i go into multiversus the only two options i have are a new account or the playstation account i just unlinked. i dont know what to do now because i want my old account that i played in the beta with but there is no option to play with that account now.
