So for this new rougelike rift, you just need to get at least 18 chests per day if you were to do this rift every day to get the skin until the event ends, including today. You can get 25 chests by doing the Insanity difficulty five times, and this is not including the extra bonus chests you get with the event over time (but even with the event chests, it still won't be enough for you to do the rifts only on Crushing difficulty like last time). At this time, you should have maxed out your Heroic gems, so it hopefully shouldn't be as hard as having only level 1 gems, hopefully.
I'm not sure if we're gonna get all of the skins available after the servers shut down, so it's best to try to do these rifts to get the skins until the shutdown occurs.

character tickets are items that only players who purchased a special pack will have (a pack that isn't available anymore). it was intended to be a way to get characters quickly but there were more tickets than there will be characters, so converting them to gleamium is the best the developers can do to compensate those people

If you want to get the new Raven skin, then like the previous Heroic Rogue Rift, you just need to get at least 18 chests per day if you were to do the Rogue Rift every day to get the skin and the rest of the rewards until the event ends, including today, without claiming any bonus chests from the event or otherwise.
I'll mention this before, but I'll mention it again. You can get 25 chests by doing the Insanity difficulty five times, and this is not including the extra bonus chests you get with the event over time (but even with the event chests, it still won't be enough for you to do the rifts only on Crushing difficulty). At this time, you should have maxed out your Horror gems, or at least leveled them up enough for every match in the Insanity difficulty to be at least tolerable. Unlike the later Seasons, it was way slower to level up your Season 1 gems, so if you don't think you have high enough Horror gems, you can always play through the "Jason vs. Multiverse" and "The Megalodog" Season 1 rifts in as many difficulties you can (whether you're playing solo or with a friend) to get a fighting chance through the Rogue Rift for the event.
Like last time, I'm not sure if we're gonna get all of the skins available after the servers shut down, so it's best to try to do these rifts to get the skins until the shutdown occurs.

Here's just a little tip for the new Horror Rogue Rift, the Bandage gem that gives you 30 gray health will be reset back to 30 gray health after each match, unlike the overall damage taken.
So, if you have that gem and the Frozen With Fear gem equipped, plus the Schadenfreude powerup obtained, that means you'll more gray health for every attack landed and less overall damage taken, and even less with more debuff powerups and if you're playing as a character that gives opponents debuffs for any landed attacks (like Taz).
Though, even without the Schadenfreude powerup, I still do think that the Bandage gem will provide more help during your Horror Rogue Rift runs more than the Their Moment of Weakness gem or the Share the Pain gem.
Also, as a side note, you can't do both branches of the Rogue Rift per run. If you choose one branch, you cannot start on the other branch after your choice has been made. So, you are unable to do all 8 matches per run to get more EXP or progress for the event made for the Rogue Rift.

it's a character-specific mission, you get them when you unlock characters now (helps you get used to them, i guess)

Like the last two Rogue Rifts, you need at least 18 chests per day if you were to do the Discipline Rogue Rift every day to get the Harley Quinn skin and the rest of the rewards until the event ends, including today. This does not count include any bonus chests from the event or otherwise, but even with them, it's impossible to get the rewards only on Crushing or lower.
As always, you can get 25 chests by doing the Insanity difficulty five times. At this time, you should have maxed out your Discipline gems, or at least leveled them up enough for every match in the Insanity difficulty to be at least tolerable, but if you don't, you can always play through the Season 2 rifts in as many difficulties you can (whether you're playing solo or with a friend) to get a fighting chance through the Rogue Rift for the event. We don't know yet if we're gonna get all of the skins available after the servers shut down, so it's best to try to do these rifts to get the skins until the shutdown occurs.

As a small tip, the Discipline gems are one of the three types of gems to have an event gem, although only two of them give you more strength and defense when equipped. For the Discipline gems, that would be the "Companion: Toasty" gem (The other two gems would be the Heroic type "Companion: Anubis" gem and the Power Within type "Megalodog's Revenge" gem. For whatever reason, the "Megalodog's Revenge" gem doesn't give out more strength unlike the other two event gems, and it's also the only gem that can be equipped on the second slot and not the third slot like the other event gems. Despite this, both the Heroic gems and the Power Within gems already had their respective Rogue Rift done with). So, if you done most, if not all of the events for Season 2, you should have the Toasty gem at a high enough level where it gives you more strength and defense, making the Rogue Rift runs at least a bit more tolerable.
