So I have done every rift, gotten every cauldron/Star meter except for Easy Smith(which I'm working on), done a plethora of dailies (more hits than losses) that reward gem power, if I'm not at 9+ gem power for a rift I'm at 8.6.
And I can't beat Damage Reflect Smith/WW solo.
I don't think that's a skill issue and I don't think it's a dedication issue. I think this is a lack of QA issue.

Superman. You can keep them in an almost unbreakable combo until about 70 then finish it with his up special. Rockets them to the top blast zone

Not if they parry, armor, split from one another to help each other out of the combo via ranged attacks, and then counter using ranged attacks while you're stuck bullet punching one of them.
A workaround isn't a fix. Abusing game mechanics is a workaround.
To quote Rick, this is just sloppy craftsmanship.

Yes but I think there’s quite a few good way to ladder into those attacks or combo into them. You can also nearly carry one to the side of the screen with side special. When it is a problem i just feel glad i ran the weakened perks

WB forced them to release a game than wasn't released. it's not the studios fault, WB forced them to meet a deadline and now the devs are working overtime to keep the players playing

Seriously though, Arya's weakness is that her approach options all kind of suck and she has to be pretty close to use her combo starters. To beat her, you've got to keep her at arms length.

If you try to just brawl with her, you'll get comboed to oblivion

I feel like she’s pretty unique in regards to how her various standard moves move her around, so it can be hard to determine her attack range

It doesn’t help that she’s a difficult character and I don’t see a lot of her to be familiar with her moves either

The big thing is that she's can't combo out of most of her approach moves or the moves that move her around a lot, so if she wants to combo, she's got to get within range to do one of a couple specific moves

I'm done.... I can't play online the rifts don't work and things have been arranged that they force you to have to play with someone in 1 player mode to get a character and the connection won't work. MVC is around the corner and that has been my favorite game since childhood. I wanted this game to be fun so badly but I find myself screaming at my TV and realizing for once since even the beta the game is just not fun anymore. When it works it amazing but it hasn't and I'm done getting super upset some of my favorite characters keep jumping from functional to not. I'm sorry but this game got me really upset just cause it isnt qorking I have problem with learning the game and getting really good. But I keep getting kicked the game wasn't ready yet and that has me so damn sad I can't even look at the title screen no more. Good news is that if you want Smith you only need to do 3 Insanity rifts, and you only need to beat the bosses. Getting someone to taxi you through Co-op will work.
Bad news is, if you want to get Matrix Code Smith, you need to do all of the bosses on Insanity and Looney.

yeah as you say 'AFTER' the patch, then they'll most likely respond to it as soon as possible like Watchman said or until the next patch which is most possibly next week on tuesday during the new rift or on the 23rd of July when the season ends.

But connection issues if not from you but from the game itself mostly get quick responses and probably are being looked upon soon

In 6 days the 'Keep it Rollin' Doc' event starts alongside Season 1 Finale Blowout which will be giving you XP and lots of battle pass tiers so you'd get atleast the battle pass filled up by the end of the season
