You can't, it's unavailable. Not even sure why Looney is available but I'd say that Insanity would be between the gem Level 6 or 7 if Looney is 9. And if not then Looney is supposed to be Level 10 or 12 in the future since it makes much more sense for Looney to be above Insanity

Tomorrow we'll be getting the new rift so most gems would probably get maxed to level 6. You don't need to specifically premium pay up to level up. It takes at least three or four days with even daily rewards in the rifts to level up all gems at least one higher

Multiversus balancing is so obnoxious because, for the most part, almost NONE of these characters are actually “OP”, it’s just half the roster is horribly weak.
Bugs, Joker, and Harley’s speed and knock out game seems horribly inflated next to characters like Jason, who is ridiculously slow and who’s up smash does 4%, yet somehow can’t even launch very well

There’s no real middle ground, your character is either slightly above average, or literally impossibly weak

I’ve been trying to main Finn since the game Re-released, and i have to believe people are asking for him to be nerfed more so out of rage than legitimate concern, because it takes getting someone to 150% sometimes and lining them up PERFECTLY with the ceiling, and using the bag to ring them out. Its a PVE it makes sense that it gets harder but they also tell you that experienced is given for free on the first two rifts. If players play for the first time when the next rifts have opened up Experienced would be locked basically too. It takes skill the more you go up and tbh its a much better training then well training mode already is by now. Crushing works good as a first phase training for PVP

I just play daily and do the missions as much as possible and whenever there is a daily reward on any of the rifts I do them. I have not 100% the rifts. I can get so far as 80/90% cuz of the 'play with a friend, play with a graphic T character, play as female banana guard'

I hope one day the rifts become a lot more like smash ultimates spirits mode, I think the groundwork is there for something fun. Right now it’s just rough with how grindy it is and the lack of feeling of progress for the grinding. Idk if the team would be able to use lesser known wb characters in the same role as the spirits in smash but I think that could really breathe a lot of life into the game. dont bother trying to do it in PvE, the Ai wont leave the platform to chase you and will automatically return to it as soon as possible. Just way too awkward to do it outside of PvP

I recommend doing it in a rift. Use side attacks to knock the enemy off the stage and keep repeating until they are high damage and then go for down air attacks while they are off stage. shaggy can be good for this who everyone has

The whole rift grind is just ridiculous. Not only do you have to spend tons of hours to level up gems to 4 purely so that you can unlock a new difficulty tier but you also have to do that for every type of gem.

by far the least fun event ive ever seen in a game and I have 300 hours+ in New World

The secret to getting 17 500 is to not use Horror gems. By not using them, you greatly lower your knockback and prevent the risk of accidentally killing BG and losing lots of time.

From there, get BG in the air and keep him in the air with by spamming an up attack (I used Jason’s since it’s large and hits twice, allowing for more treasure drops)

My brother in Christ, the Jason and Wonder Woman duo fight in the Jason rift on Crushing difficulty is way too punishing. You get hit maybe 3 times and you just explode. Meanwhile they're tanky af and regen health if you don't constantly keep on the aggression. Also the Tom and Jerry bot does less than nothing to help you.
