Some chars have good bnbs but only at certain %. Down air into up tilt/ up air works on a lot of chars, but most down airs are so bad frame wise that it's hard to catch people in 1v1 with them.

Honestly feel like the game's grind is incredibly busted. Like, you cant play comp so you cant grind ranks, cant earn XP on matches so you cant grind battlepass, cant get Character Points on matches so you cant grind characters. You can just play for fun for a while but once youve done the missions there not much to do

For comparision, I played League of Legends for 10+ years and finally have all the characters, unlocks, etc... That game is extremely ANTI-noob friendly and people quit at just the sheer amount of grinding they see when they first start.

Additionally, fighters like SF6 or Tekken are both THRIVING with 10k+ active players and have nowhere near the same amount of gatekeeping that MVS has launched with

idk 600 per character mastery, a consistent award of 400+ a level for account levels (when you unlock it), 1.7k for the free battle pass - way more for paid. Plenty through playing rifts and then from the challenges. Considering character availability rotates you can get a steady amount of fighter currency pretty quick. I've only been playing a total of 16-ish hours and have got 4.7k
