Depending on your character you can use armored attacks when you see the grapple come out, or projectile to their face, as for batterang just good movement and fast reaction on dodges, but yes, batman is quite strong

Most Batman's I face are relying on their batarang to stack weakened on me and then go in for a combo. If you have a way to counter the batarang either through your kit or perks like Clear the Air will put it on cooldown for a longer time.

Of course then they just run away until batarang is back up... Zzz...

A dead game now. But Overwatch was inspired by it and it was quite revolutionary like 10 years ago. But the devs never got on with updating graphics and stuff and this made no new players and OG players get disappointed at the development.
