yea those are the launcher's logs (you are in the "launcher" folder)
according to a forum post it's in C:/Users/your_user/.lunarclient/offline/files

I'd bet it's an issue with you upgrading by so many versions in one go or something; the way items are read and stored has changed in vanilla minecraft a couple times since the last mc version with a skyblocker version to have only six tabs, and as a result, the items in the skyblocker tabs are no longer valid
you can reset them to the current version's default by switching to the yacl backend config and going to each of their tabs and clicking the reset button next to the entries on all of them (NOT the reset button at the bottom that resets the entire config) (the reset button doesn't exist in the moul config ui)

yacl is mostly worse for navigation (no global search and the tabs at the top need scrolling, and you need to open, close, and reopen the dropdowns to fix a visual bug that it has) but it's the only one with this reset button, which you click for the options
