Glacite cold vs mining speed

replaced the "Cold -XX" in the sidebar with your current mining speed.
Bonus points for using this to indicate the current minig tick threshold for the targeted block when holding a mining tool.

with vic's upcoming hud pr you can configure the dwarven stats widget to show ur mining speed
