We don't have a minecraft 1.21 release yet, and even if you did get one of the bleeding edge or beta builds the mod version is still incorrect (1.20.2 when we're at 1.21.0 rn)

I had to look into the version because this issue seems to be fixed already, but I don't know when the current jar you're using was built so it might not include the fix
