Resource packs not working

I am using the hypixel+ resource pack, and it is not working with skyblocker. me other resource packs work, but hypixel+ doesnt. I have hypixel+ at the top of the resource packs, and I am using 1.20.1. if anyone can help me I would be so thankful

Resource packs like Hypixel+ require CITR to be installed. skyblocker does not provide optifine texture pack functionalities
