I don't understand what you mean, can you explain?

scenic adder
#

Are you doing the polyfjord doctor ock tutorial?

minor lance
#

yep

scenic adder
#

I dont think you should array it

#

Shouldnt you duplicate it around the triangle?

minor lance
#

I tried to do that, but the problem was that I had to move each paw individually, and this would be difficult for me as a beginner, and Polyfjord said I should use array.

#

it happen when i use this tool and select the triangle

can you go back to this stage?

#

Select one claw, press CTRL A

#

and apply the SCALE

#

then rotate the Triangle 180 degrees

#

whilst holding down CTRL to snap the triangle to the correct axis

minor lance
#

the proplem is sometimes the claw go bigger the orignal
or go smaller

#

like this

minor lance
scenic adder
#

Now just rotate the claws along the Y axis

#

R + Y

minor lance
#

This is what happens when i move the body with bone
and without bone

scenic adder
#

Okay! How does the array look like with relative offset on? And object offset off

minor lance
minor lance
#

it seem like that

scenic adder
#

Select the Claw
Apply Scale

minor lance
#

no thing happen the same proplem

#

the claws smaller than the orignal\

I followed along and it just worked. I guess you messed up somewhere (probably have to apply the rotation of the triangle and make sure the origin of the claw is correct).
Maybe try to redo it

minor lance
obsidian fiber
#

Needs to be 120 in y and 0 in x

minor lance
#

the triangle ?

obsidian fiber
#

yes

minor lance
#

i will try it and tell u

#

Sorry, you mean the rotation of the triangle
؟

obsidian fiber
#

Yes. y rotation 120 and every other transformation 0 besides scale which is 1

minor lance
#

When I turn it around 120 y it seem likee that

obsidian fiber
#

Like I said you messed up in the modeling.

#

Ill just make a screen recording

minor lance
#

ok

#

Also thank you in advance

obsidian fiber
minor lance

obsidian fiber
#

Can you send me the blend file

minor lance
#

HOW CAN I DO THAT?

obsidian fiber
#

you take your .blend file and drag and drop it in this chat

minor lance
obsidian fiber

First of your rotation is set to 270 on x.
Set everything to 0.
Rotate x by -90
cntrl a, apply rotation
set y roation to 120
don

minor lance
#

Thank you for your help. What was the problem with the project?

obsidian fiber
#

You need to orient the triangle correctly, apply the rotation and then rotate it
