i havent parented it
i just wanted to know previous to that
End of the day a good rig is a rig that makes the mesh behave exactly as you want it to. Can you make a more complicated rig? Sure. Is it necessary? Who knows. Parent it and see if it does the job

in the circle i mean
is there like
a bone merge function

is the reason its not on joint because i used f to join the bones on the wrist and upper hand?

and it worked
not a single difference
but its now one joint

you just need to parent the bones and do connected under the relationship section of the bone properties in edit mode
